श्रीमती जुध्या देवी उर्फ अजुध्या देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री परस राम, निवासी गांव खोली, डा0 कोठी, तहसील बैजनाथ, जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजारा है कि उसका स्वयं का जन्म दिनांक 1-1-1943 को मुहाल डण्ढोल में हुआ था परन्तु इस बारे पंचायत के रिकॉर्ड में पंजीकरण नहीं करवाया जा सका। अब पंजीकरण करने के आदेश दिए जाएं।
अतः इस नोटिस के माध्यम से सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त पंजीकरण के बारे में कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 11-2-2013 को सुबह 10.00 बजे इस न्यायालय में असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा उपरोक्त जन्म का पंजीकरण करने के आदेश दे दिए जाएंगे। उसके उपरान्त कोई एतराज न सुना जाएगा।

Shri Raj Pal s/o Shri Sunder Ram, at present residing in Khawangi, Tehsil Kalpa District Kinnaur (H. P.) has presented an application u/s 13 (3) of Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1969 supported by an affidavit stating therein that his daughter named Ruhani was born on 15-3-2009 in Village Khawangi but due to inadvertence, he could not get the birth of his daughter registered in the records of Gram Panchayat Khawangi. He has further requested to issue an order for registration of the same in the records of Gram Panchayat Khawangi, Tehsil Kalpa, District Kinnaur.
Therefore, notice is hereby issued to the general public through this publication that if anybody has any objection for the registration of birth of said Ruhani in the records of Gram5484 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 दिसम्बर, 2012/24 अग्रहायण, 1934 Panchayat Khawangi, he/she may prefer his/her written or verbal objection before the undersigned within a period of one month i.e. before 12-1-2013 failing which it will be presumed that nobody has any objection for registration of birth of Ruhani and order under the Act ibid will be issued to the Local Registrar of Gram Panchayat Khawangi.

हरगाह खास व आम जनता को बजरिया नोटिस सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री बालक राम पुत्र श्री रोहलू, निवासी ग्राम जजेहड़, परगना चौथा, तहसील सुन्नी, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजार कर अभिव्यक्त किया है कि प्रार्थी का नाम राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा जजेहड़ में भलखू पुत्र श्री रोहलू दर्ज है जोकि गलत है। परन्तु आधार प्रमाण-पत्र व पंचायत रिकॉर्ड में नाम बालक राम पुत्र श्री रोहलू दर्ज है जोकि सही व सत्य है। उन्होंने उसे राजस्व अभिलेख में दरुस्त करने के लिए प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है।
अतः इस प्रार्थना-पत्र बारे आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को नाम दरुस्त करने में कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह अपनी आपत्ति लिखित रूप में दिनांक 14-1-2013 अथवा इससे पूर्व इस अदालत को प्रस्तुत करें। तदोपरान्त कोई आपत्ति मान्य नहीं होगी।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को इस मृत्यु का ग्राम पंचायत में पंजीकरण होने बारे कोई एतराज/आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 24-1-2013 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में स्वयं या अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से उपस्थित होकर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है अन्यथा उपरोक्त मृत्यु पंजीकरण करने के आदेश दे दिए जाएंगे और बाद में उनका कोई एतराज काबले समायत न होगा।

उपरोक्त विषय में श्रीमती सुमन कली पत्नी श्री मुनीश कुमार, जाति ब्राह्मण, निवासी अप्पर आदर्श कलौनी, हमीरपुर रोड, ऊना, तहसील व जिला ऊना, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस न्यायालय में आवेदन किया है कि उसका नाम सुमन कली के बजाए सुमन शर्मा व उसके पति का नाम मुनीश कुमार की बजाए मुनीश शर्मा उनके पुत्र मोहित शर्मा व बेटी मोहिता शर्मा के स्कूल प्रमाण-पत्र में सहवन गलती से दर्ज है, जो कि गलत है। आवेदिका चाहती है कि उसके बच्चों के स्कूल प्रमाण में उनके पिता का नाम मुनीश कुमार व माता का नाम सुमन कली दरुस्त किया जाए।
इस सम्बन्ध मेंं हर आम व खास को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि इस नाम की दरुस्ती स्कूल प्रमाण पत्रों में किए जाने से किसी व्यक्ति को कोई एतराज हो तो वह अपना एतराज इस न्यायालय में दिनांक 11-1-2013 को असालतन या वकालतन कर सकता है। इस तिथि के पश्चात् कोई भी एतराज काबले समायत न नहीं होगा तथा इसकी दरुस्ती करने बारे कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।
