NOTIFICATION Shimla-2, the 25th December, 2012 No.GAD-C(CC)1(A)-1/2012.—The order of the Governor dated 23th December, 2012, appointing Shri Virbhadra Singh as the Chief Minister of the State of Himachal Pradesh is published for general information:—
"In pursuance of Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of India, I, Urmila Singh, Governor of Himachal Pradesh, hereby appoint Shri Virbhadra Singh to be the Chief Minister of the State of Himachal Pradesh."
