उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा उनवान वाला में प्रार्थी सतपाल पुत्र श्री बारू राम, निवासी ग्राम मण्डियारपुर, तहसील नालागढ़, जिला सोलन (हि0 प्र0) ने प्रार्थना-पत्र दिया है कि उसकी शादी दिनांक 7-3-2011 को श्रीमती दर्शनी देवी पुत्री श्री बालक राम, निवासी ग्राम ढाणा, डा0 बारियां, तहसील नालागढ़, जिला सोलन (हि0 प्र0) के साथ हुई है। परन्तु प्रार्थी अपनी इस शादी का इन्द्राज कार्यालय ग्राम पंचायत —पालपुर में दर्ज नहीं करवा सका है।
अतः आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि सतपाल पुत्र श्री बारू राम, निवासी ग्राम मण्डियारपुर, तहसील नालागढ़, जिला सोलन (हि0 प्र0) व श्रीमती दर्शनी देवी पुत्री श्री बालक राम, निवासी ग्राम ढाणा, डा0 बारियां, तहसील नालागढ़, जिला सोलन (हि0 प्र0) की शादी का इन्द्राज कार्यालय ग्राम पंचायत —पालपुर में दर्ज करवाने हेतु किसी को कोई एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 29-12-2012 को इस कार्यालय में उपस्थित आकर एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकता है अन्यथा दिनांक 29-12-2012 को उक्त शादी के पंजीकरण हेतु आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।
आज दिनांक 19-12-2012 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी हुआ।
