No. GAD(PA)4(D)-7/90.—The following Order by the Governor of Himachal Pradesh dated 28th December, 2012 is published for general information:—
मैं, उर्मिला सिंह, राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेष, हिमाचल प्रदेष विधान सभा के सदस्य, श्री मनसा राम को ऐसे व्यक्ति के रूप में नियुक्त करती र्हूॅ, जिसके समक्ष हिमाचल प्रदेष 202-राजपत्र/2012-28-12-2012 (5661)5662 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 28 दिसम्बर, 2012/7 पौष, 1934 विधान सभा के सदस्य, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 188 के उपबन्धों के अनुसार शपथ लेंगे या प्रतिज्ञान करेंगे और उस पर हस्ताक्षर करेंगे ।

भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 179 के परन्तुक के निबंधनों के अनुसार अध्यक्ष का पद, विधान सभा की प्रथम बैठक से ठीक पूर्व रिक्त हो जायेगा और उपाध्यक्ष का पद पहले ही रिक्त है । अतः अब, मैं उर्मिला सिंह, राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेष, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 180 के खण्ड (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री मनसा राम, सदस्य, हिमाचल प्रदेष विधान सभा को एतद् द्वारा विधान सभा की प्रथम बैठक से और जब तक उक्त विधान सभा द्वारा अध्यक्ष का चुनाव नहीं कर लिया जाता है, अध्यक्ष के पद के र्काव्यों के पालन के लिए नियुक्त करती र्हूॅ ।
