Notification No. Home-B(A)2-11/2006-HC-Vol .I dated 2.1.2013, regarding appointment of Additional District and Sessions Judges, the following transfers and postings of the members of the H.P.Judicial Services, are hereby ordered in the interest of administration, with immediate effect:–

1. Shri Rajinder Kumar Sharma, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Mandi on his appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge is transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge (II) Kangra at Dharamshala against the vacant post.

4. Shri Yogesh Jaswal, Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-CJM, Kullu on his appointment as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court in the rank of Additional District and Sessions Judge on adhoc basis is transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Shimla vice serial No. 2 above.

5. Shri Bahadur Singh, Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-CJM, Kinnaur at Reckong Peo on his appointment as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court in the rank of Additional District and Sessions Judge on adhoc basis is transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Kullu against vacant post.

6. Shri Rajeev Bali, Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-CJM, L&S at Kullu is transferred and posted as such at Kullu vice serial No. 4 above.

7. Shri Pune Ram, Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-CJM, Bilaspur is transferred and posted as such at Kinnaur at Reckong Peo vice serial No. 5 above.

8. Shri Aman Sood, Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-JMIC, Nadaun is transferred and posted as Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-CJM, Bilaspur vice serial No.7 above.

9. Shri Jia Lal Azad, Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-JMIC(I), Nalagarh is transferred and posted as Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-CJM, L&S at Kullu vice serial No.6 above.

(राज्यपाल महोदया द्वारा तारीख 5 जनवरी, 2013 को यथाअनुमोदित)

शूलिनी बायोटेक्नोलॉजी एवम्‌ मैनेजमेंट साईंसिज विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2009 (2009 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 20) का और संशोधन करने के लिए अधिनियम ।

भारत गणराज्य के तिरसठवेंं वर्ष में हिमाचल प्रदेश विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रुप में यह अधिनियमित होः--

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.-(1) इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम शूलिनी बायोटेक्नोलोजी एवम्‌ मैनेजमैंट साईंसिज विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना और विनियमन) द्वितीय संशोधन अधिनियम, 2012 है । 2. धारा 3 का संशोधन.-शूलिनी बायोटेक्नोलॉजी एवम्‌ मैनेजमैंट साईंसिज विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2009 (2009 का 20) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ "मूल अधिनियम" कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (ञ) के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित नया खण्ड (ट) अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः--

''(ट) विश्वविद्यालय को इस अधिनियम के प्रारम्भ की तारीख से एक वर्ष के भीतर क्रियाशील करना। ''।

(AS ASSENTED TO BY THE GOVERNOR ON 5TH JANUARY, 2013)

further to amend the Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences

(Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009 (Act No. 20 of 2009).

BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences (Establishment and Regulation) Second Amendment Act, 2012.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 16th day of October, 2009.

2. Amendment of section 3.—In section 3 of the Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009 (20 of 2009) (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Act"),after clause (j), the following new clause (k) shall be inserted, namely:—

"(k) to make the University functional within one year from the date of commencement of this Act." .

3. Amendment of section 41.—In section 41 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), in the proviso, after the words "assets of the University", the words "including assets of the sponsoring body pertaining to the University" shall be inserted.

4. Amendment of section 42.—In section 42 of the principal Act, in sub-section (9), for the words, "assets and liabilities of the University shall vest in the sponsoring body", the words, "assets of the University including assets of the sponsoring body pertaining to the University shall vest in the Government free from all encumbrances" shall be substituted.

चिटकारा विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2008 (2009 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 2) का और संशोधन करने के लिए अधिनियम ।

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.-इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम चिटकारा विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना और विनियमन) द्वितीय संशोधन अधिनियम, 2012 है ।

(2) यह 29 अप्रैल, 2008 से प्रवृत्त हुआ समझा जाएगा । 2. धारा 3 का संशोधन.-चिटकारा विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2008 (2009 का 2) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ "मूल अधिनियम" कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (ञ) के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित नया खण्ड(ट)अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा,अर्थात्‌ः--

2. Amendment of section 3.—In section 3 of the IEC (India Education Centre) University Establishment and Regulation Act, 2012 (2012 of 11) (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Act"), after clause (j), the following new clause (k) shall be inserted, namely:—

"(k) to make the University functional within one year from the date of commencement of this Act.".

(Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2011 (Act No. 43 of 2011).

BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Establishment and Regulation) Second Amendment Act, 2012.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 17th day of June, 2011.

2. Amendment of section 3.—In section 3 of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2011 (43 of 11) (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Act"), after clause (j), the following new clause (k) shall be inserted, namely:—

"(k) to make the University functional within one year from the date of commencement of this Act.".

4. Amendment of section 42.—In section 42 of the principal Act, in sub-section (9), after the words "all the assets of the University", the words "including assets of the sponsoring body pertaining to the University" shall be inserted.
