No. HHC/GAZ/14-53/74-V.— In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings of the members of the H.P. Judicial Service in the cadre of District Judges/Additional District Judges are hereby ordered:–
1. The services of Shri Chirag Bhanu Singh, District and Sessions Judge, Chamba are placed at the disposal of the State Government for appointment as LR-cum-Secretary (Law) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
2. The Services of Shri K.S. Chandel, LR-cum-Secretary(Law) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, on repatriation, is placed at the disposal of the State Government for being appointed as President, District Consumer Forum, Shimla.
