Take notice that the above mentioned revision petition filed by Shri Braham Prakash son of Shri Dumanu Ram & Others, Residents of Tika Uprera, Mauza Sakoh, Tehsil Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra. H.P. against the order dated 12.7.2007 passed by the Commissioner, Kangra division in revision no. 318/2003, is pending adjudication before the undersigned and has now been fixed for hearing on 26.2.2013(2.30.) at Shimla. Whereas this court is satisfied that the service of summons upon the above mentioned respondents can not be made in ordinary way. Therefore, the above mentioned respondents are informed through this proclamation that they should appear before this court on 26.2.2013 (2.30 PM) at Shimla, either personally or through their authorized agent to defend their claim.
If no appearance is made on behalf of these respondents personally or through authorized agent/pleader, the matter will be heard and decided in his absence.

संख्या आई.पी.एच.-बी(एच)8-57/2011-मण्डी-1.-यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव करेहड़ी/184 व सैहल/117 तहसील सदर जिला मण्डी में बल्ह घाटी मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना (वामतट्ट) मुहाल करेहड़ी व सैहल में पम्प हाऊसो के निर्माण हेतु भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है, अतएवं एतद् द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि निम्नलिखित विस्तृत विवरणी में वर्णित भूमि उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है।
