WHEREAS It has been reported by the revenue filed agency on inquiry that respondent No 1 Sh Pawam Kumar S/o Sh Mohan Lal S/o Sh Ishwari Dass R/o Village Jokhard, Sub Tehsil Kupvi, District Shimla has purchased land comprised in Khasra No 327 measuring 6-13 bigha situated in mauja Tannaji, Tehsil Kandaghat, District Solan vide sale deed No 324 dated 29-12-2005 and further sold 1/3 share out of 6-13 bigha measuring 2-4 bighas vide sale deed No 56 dated 18-2-2006 to respondent No 2 and further purchased land in various mohals of Tehsil Kandaghat on the basis of fake agriculturist certificate in contravention of the provisions of section 118 of H.P Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972.
Keeping in view of the report of revenue field agency the both the respondents are hereby directed to appear in this court on 20-2-2013 at 2.00P.M in person or through authorized agent to6723 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 12 फरवरी, 2013/23 माघ, 1934 file the reply of the notice failing which ex-parte order will be passed against you without giving any further notice.
