Shri Kailash Sharma son of Shri Nand Lal Sharma, resident of Village Bhawanipur, P. O. Badhlag, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh has moved an application before the undersigned under section 13 (3) of Birth and Death Registration Act, 1969 alongwith affidavits and other documents that his daughter namely Kumari Vipul Sharma was born on 2-1-1991 at Village Bhawanipur, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh but her date of birth could not be registered by the applicant in the birth and death record of Gram Panchayat Badhlag, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
Therefore, by this proclamation the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for the registration of date of birth of Kumari Vipul Sharma daughter of Shri Kailash Sharma may submit his objection in writing in this court on or before 23-3-2013 at 10.00 A. M. failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.
