Financial Rules, 2009 has been pleased to declare Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Solan as Drawing and Disbursing Officer in respect of the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JMIC, Solan and also the Controlling Officer for the purpose of T.A. etc. in respect of establishment attached to the aforesaid Court under head "2014 Administration of Justice" during the leave period of Shri Vikrant Kaundal w.e.f. 29.4.2013 to 24.5.2013 with permission to prefix Sunday falling on 28.4.2013 and to suffix Budh Purnima and Sunday falling on 25.5.2013 & 26.5.2013 or until he returns from leave.

No. HHC/Rules(Uniform)1/94.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 229 of the Constitution of India, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Hon'ble Chief Justice is pleased to make the following amendments in the Rules "High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Supply of Uniforms to Gazetted Officers, Judgment Writers and Senior Scale Stenographers),1994 :

1. Short title.—These Rules shall be called the "High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Supply

of Uniforms to Gazetted Officers, Superintendent Gr.II, Judgment Writers, Senior Scale

Stenographers and all Class-III Court Servants), (Third amendment) Rules, 2012.

2. Commencement.—These Rules shall come into force with immediate effect.

3. Amendment.–I.— In sub Rule (i) of Rule 1of the "High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Supply of Uniforms to Gazetted Officers, Judgment Writers and Senior Scale Stenographers),1994 (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Rules) the words "High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Supply of Uniforms to Gazetted Officers, Judgment Writers and Senior Scale Stenographers),1994 shall be substituted by the words "High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Supply of Uniforms to Gazetted Officers, Superintendents Gr. II, Judgment Writers, Senior Scale Stenographers and all Class-III Court Servants) Rule, 1994.

II . In Rules 2 of the Principal Rules, Clause(s) (j) Superintendent Gr.II, and (k) All Class- III Court Servants shall be added.

III. In Rule 3 of the Principal Rules following clauses shall be added:

(i) After existing Clause (h) (i) Superintendent Gr.II, and

(ii) After existing category Senior Scale Stenographers (o)All the Class-III Court Servants shall be added, resultantly categories (i), (j), (k), (l), (m) shall be re- numbered as (j), (k), (l), (m), (n).

IV. In Rule 4 of the Principal Rules, Clause (aa) shall be substituted as follows:

The Superintendent Grade II, Senior Scale Stenographers and Class-III Court Servants

shall be supplied a blue woolen coat and necktie once in a period of three years by the Registry.
