No. GAD-A(B)8-4/2001-II.—In continuation to this Department's Notification of even number dated 6th June, 2013, The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare 27th June, 2013 (Thursday) as a Gazetted Holiday in 68- Kinnaur (ST) assembly segment on account of Bye Election of 2-Mandi Lok Sabha Constituency, H.P. to enable the employees working in all Govt. Offices/Boards/Corporations/Educational Institutions and Industrial Establishments situated in Himachal Pradesh to exercise their right to franchise. This will also be paid holiday to daily waged employees and also within the meaning of Section-25 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. 66-राजपत्र/2013-26-06-2013 (1731)1732 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 26 जून, 2013/5 आषाढ़ 1935 It is, however, clarified that special casual leave may be given to those employees who are working in different places in the State but have right to vote in other constituencies/places in the Pradesh on the production of certificate of the concerned Presiding Officer that the employee has actually cast his/her vote.

STATE ELECTION COMMISSIONER HIMACHAL PRADESH

NOTIFICATION

Shimla, the 24th June, 2013

No. SEC.16-1/2011- 1669-1805.—The State Election Commission in exercise of the powers vested in it under Article 243-K and ZA of the Constitution of India, Section 160 of the HP Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, Section 281 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994, Section 9 of the HP Municipal Corporation Act, 1994, read with Rule 12 of the HP Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules, 1994, Rule, 3 of HP Municipal Election Rules, 1994 and rule 14 of HP Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 2012, hereby directs revision of electoral rolls of Panchayati Raj Institutions/ULB's in the State as under:—

The qualifying date for determining whether a person is qualified to be enrolled as an elector in the electoral rolls with reference to which he/she is or is not less than 18 years of age for these bye-elections has already been declared as first day of January, 2013 (01-01-2013). The Claims & Objections shall be received and decided even on holidays. Any person aggrieved by the orders of Revising Authority may file an appeal against it to the District Election officer (Panchayats)/Deputy Commissioner as per programme mentioned above. The District Election officer (Panchayats) /Deputy Commissioner shall decide the appeals within a week.

After all the claims, objection and appeals have been decided the DEO(P)/Deputy Commissioner shall cause the draft electoral roll corrected & finalized in accordance with the orders passed by the Revising Authorities/Appellate authorities as the case may be.

OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTIFICATION

Baddi Barotiwala Nalagarh, the 18th June, 2013

No. BBNDA/TCP/Objections & Suggestions on DDP/13- 47198-205.—Whereas the draft development plan for Baddi Barotiwala Nalagarh Special Area was prepared by this Authority and public objections and suggestions on the same were invited by the Authority vide notification no. BBNDA/TCP/Objections & Suggestions on D.D.P./08-13464-13500 dated 30th July, 2008.

Whereas the development plan was finalised in the light of various objections and suggestions received on the draft development plan and was further submitted to the State Government for its approval.

Whereas the State Government has issued directions to the Authority to revise the development plan keeping in view the fresh requirements of the Industries Department. Whereas the needful has been done.

Therefore in pursuance to the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section-19 of the Himachal Pradesh Town & Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the draft Development Plan for Baddi Barotiwala Nalagarh Special Area as amended is hereby republished and the notice is given that a copy of the said draft Development Plan is available for inspection in the official website of the Authority. The address of the site is www.himachal.nic.in/bbnda. The copy of the draft Development Plan is also kept at the following offices and can be inspected during office hours on any working day :—
