No. MPP-F(10)24/2011-II.—In partial modification of this department Notification No. PPF(10)24/2011, dated 5th October, 2011, whereby revised guidelines for management of Local Area Development Fund (LADF) in respect of Hydro Electric Projects have been notified, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to revise the provision for disbursement of the amount to be received against sale of 1% Additional Free Power on account of Local Area Development Fund (LADF), as under:—

(a) 50 % of the total amount of LADF to be divided to all families in PAA equally subject to BPL families getting higher amount as per the policy notified on 05.10.2011. 105-राजपत्र/2013-14-08-2013 (2793)2794 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 14 अगस्त, 2013/23 श्रावण 1935 (b) Balance 50 % of the total amount of LADF to be divided between the families in ratio of the land acquired in their respective Panchayat subject to BPL families getting higher amount as per the policy notified on 05.10.2011.

The revised Guidelines notified vide Notification No. MPP-F(10)24/2011, on 5th October, 2011 be treated as modified to the above extent.

उपरोक्त प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय ब्यान हल्फी इस आशय से गुजारा है कि उसका नाम ग्राम पंचायत भराड़ा के नकल परिवार रजिस्टर में धर्म चन्द दर्ज है परन्तु राजस्व अभिलेख मुहाल भराड़ा में प्रार्थी का नाम धर्म सिंह दर्ज है। इसलिए प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में राजस्व अभिलेख मुहाल भराड़ा में अपने नाम दरुस्ती बारा आवेदन किया है कि उसका सही नाम राजस्व अभिलेख में दर्ज होना आवश्यक है।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री धर्म चन्द पुत्र श्री पूर्ण, गांव चुटेरा, परगना लोह टिकरी, तहसील चुराह, जिला चम्बा (हि0 प्र0) के नाम की दरुस्ती करने बारा किसी को कोई भी उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 4-9-2013 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर होकर अपना उजर व एतराज पेश करे अन्यथा निश्चित तिथि पर आपत्ति न करने पर एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।

Whereas the above named applicants have made an application under section 8 (4) of the Himachal Pradesh Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on 13-6-2010 at Khanyara but has not been found entered in the records of the Registrar of Marriages i. e. Secretary, G.P. Khanyara.

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration of marriage with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore, necessary orders for the registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage can be registered by the concerned authority.

Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any objection regarding the registration of the marriage of the above named applicants, then they should appear before the court of undersigned on 2-9-2013 at Tehsil Office Dharamshala at 10.00 A.M. either personally or through their authorized agent.

In the event of their failure to do so, orders shall be passed ex-parte against the respondents for the registration of marriage without affording any further opportunity of being heard.

श्री सोहन सिंह पुत्र श्री किरपा राम, ग्राम कोटी ने इस न्यायालय में ब्यान हल्फी सहित एक प्रार्थना-पत्र दिया है कि प्रार्थी के पिता स्व0 श्री किरपा राम के पिता का हकीकी नाम रती राम है, जोकि ग्राम पंचायत कोटी बोंच के रिकॉर्ड में भी दर्ज है परन्तु राजस्व रिकॉर्ड वाका मौजा कोटी, उप-तहसील रोनहाट में प्रार्थी के पिता स्व0 श्री किरपा राम के पिता का नाम रूप सिंह दर्ज है, जोकि गलत है। प्रार्थी राजस्व रिकॉर्ड वाका चक कोटी में इसे दरुस्त करवाना चाहता है।

अतः आम जनता व सम्बन्धित रिश्तेदारों को इस अदालती इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर उपरोक्त दरुस्ती बारे किसी को कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह अपने उजर या एतराज असालतन या वकालतन मिति 1-9-2013 से पूर्व इस कार्यालय में पेश कर सकता है। बाद गुजरने मियाद प्रार्थना-पत्र उपरोक्त पर आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।

Whereas applicant Smt. Gauri w/o Shri Chander Bahadur, resident of Village and Post Office Kumarhatti, Tehsil and District Solan, Himachal Pradesh has submitted an application before the undersigned for correction of name of his son Arjun in the birth record of Municipal Council Solan, as his name was entered in M. C. record as Lalit Bhika, which is wrong.

The general public of the concerned area is hereby called upon to file objection, if any, regarding correction of name of Arjun in the record of Municipal Council Solan in place of Lalit Bhika in writing to this office. The objections should reach this office on or before 19-8-2013 positively otherwise necessary order will be passed to correct his name in the concerned office.
