No. HHC/Rules/22(24)/83-II.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 139(b) of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with section 29 of the Himachal Pradesh Courts Act, 1976 and 141-राजपत्र/2013-28-09-2013 (3897)3898 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 28 सितम्बर, 2013/6 आश्विन 1935 section 297 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 the High Court of Himachal Pradesh makes the following amendment in the "Himachal Pradesh Oath Commissioners (Appointment & Control) Rules, 2007" :—

1. Short title.—These rules shall be called "The Himachal Pradesh Oath Commissioners (Appointment & Control) (Third Amendment) Rules, 2013."

2. Commencement.—These rules shall come into force with immediate effect.

3. Amendment.—Amendment in Rule 7(a) (i), (ii) & (iii) Fee for Attestation of Affidavits shall be substituted as under:—

(a) Fees for attesting affidavits and Administration of oath or affirmation shall be as under:—

(i) At the Court house or residence of the Oath Commissioner for every affidavit, oath or affirmation.............................Rs. 20/-

(ii) Within a radius of 8 kms. from the court house, office or residence of the oath Commissioner for the first affidavit..........Rs. 25/- (plus actual bus fare) For every additional affidavit, oath or affirmation at the same time and place.......

........Rs. 20/-.

(iii) Beyond 8 kms. for the first affidavit, Oath or affirmation .....Rs. 50/- plus (actual bus fare)

For every additional affidavit etc. at the same time and place Rs. 20/-.

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि उपरेक्त वर्णित विवाह को नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली के अभिलेख में दर्ज करने बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 25-10-2013 को या इस से पूर्व अदालत हजा में अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करवा सकता है। यदि उक्त विवाह के बारे कोई आपत्ति प्राप्त न हुई तो यह समझा जाएगा कि उक्त विवाह बारे किसी को भी एतराज नहीं है तथा विवाह दर्ज करने बारेे आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

Whereas Shri Mahendra Partap Singh s/o Shri Raghu Raj Singh, r/o Niwasi Khayalto, Kanlog, Tehsil and District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh has preferred an application to the undersigned for the registration of name of his son namely Surya Partap Singh Raghuwanshi whose date of birth is 14-9-1998 in the record of Municipal Corporation Shimla, District Shimla (H. P.).

Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for entry as to date of birth mentioned above, may submit his objection in writing in this court on or before 18th October, 2013 failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date and will be decided accordingly.
