Shri Sawnoo Ram s/o Shri Narayan Dass, r/o Village Rado Paind, P.O. Dharampur, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh has moved an application before the undersigned under section 13 (3) of Birth and Death Registration Act, 1969 alongwith affidavits and other documents stating therein that his wife Smt. Kamla Devi died on 1-12-2002 at Village Rado Paind, P.O.

Dharampur, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh but her date of death could not be entered in the record of Gram Panchayat Aanji Matla,Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan (H.P.) by the applicant.

Therefore, by this proclamation the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for the registration of delayed date of death of Smt. Kamla Devi w/o applicant may submit their objections in writing in this court on or before 4-11-2013 at 10.00 A.M. failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.

श्रीमती मंगला देवी बनाम आम जनता प्रार्थना-पत्र अधीन धारा 13 (3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969.

श्रीमती मंगला देवी पत्नी श्री श्याम कुमार, निवासी गांव नुरघाड़ी, तहसील बंगाणा, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में एक आवेदन-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसकी पुत्री इतिका का जन्म दिनांक 25-7-2011 को गांव नुरघाड़ी में हुआ है लेकिन अज्ञानता के कारण उसका जन्म पंचायत रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज नहीं हुआ है। जन्म तिथि पंचायत रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित किए जावें।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम सेे सूचित किया जाता है कि जन्म तिथि पंजीकरण बारे यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/एतराज निर्धारित तारीख पेशी दिनांक 4-11-2013 को सुबह 10.00 बजे अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में असालतन या वकालतन उपस्थित होकर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। निर्धारित तारीख पेशी पर उजर/आपत्ति प्राप्त न होने की सूरत में न्यायालय द्वारा जन्म तिथि पंचायत रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे और बाद में दिया गया उजर/आपत्ति काबिले समायत न होगा।
