संख्याः एफ0डी0एस0-ए(3)-3/90-II.—हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, भारत सरकार का राजपत्र (असाधारण) तारीख 27.09.2013 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण (उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग) मंत्रालय, द्वारा जारी का0आ0 2927(ई) तारीख 27.09.2013 के साथ पठित, हिमाचल प्रदेश ट्रेड आर्टिकल्ज (लाईसेसिंग एण्ड कन्ट्रोल) आर्डर, 1981 के खण्ड 18 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश ट्रेड आर्टिकल्ज (लाईसेसिंग एण्ड कन्ट्रोल) आर्डर, 1981 से संलग्न शडयूल-1 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.-1. इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश टे्रड आर्टिकल्ज (लाइसेसिंग एण्ड कन्ट्रोल) अमैंडमेंट), आर्डर, 2013 है ।

2. यह राजपत्र हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख के दिवस से प्रवृत्त होगा और 30 सितम्बर, 2014 तक की अवधि के लिए या इस निमित भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी किसी आगामी आदेश तक, जो भी पूर्वतर हो प्रवृत्त रहेगा ।

2. शडयूल-1 का संशोधन.-हिमाचल प्रदेश ट्रेड आर्टिकल्ज (लाइसेसिंग एण्ड कन्ट्रोल), आर्डर, 1981 से संलग्न शडयूल-1 मेंः -

(क) भाग "बी" (पल्सेज) के अधीन निम्नलिखित मद जोडी जाएगी, अर्थातः-

"(पल्सेज)" (दालें) (साबुत या दली)"

(ख) भाग "सी" (आयल सीडज) के अधीन निम्नलिखित मद जोड़ी जाएगी, अर्थातः-

"(एडिबल आयल सीडज)" (खाद्य तिलहन)" और

(ग) भाग "डी" ("(एडिबल आयल्ज) के अधीन निम्नलिखित मद जोडी जाएगी, अर्थातः- "(एडिबल आयल)" (खाद्य तेल)"

No. FDS-A(3)-3/90-II.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 18 of the Himachal Pradesh Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1981, read with S.O. 2927(E), dated 27.09.2013 issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs), Government of India and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India, dated 27.09.2013, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following order further to amend the Schedule-1 appended to the Himachal Pradesh Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1981, namely:—

1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) This order may be called the Himachal Pradesh Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) Amendment Order, 2013.

(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh, and shall remain in force till 30.09.2014,or till any further order issued by the Government of India in this behalf which-ever is earlier.

2. Amendment of Schedule-1.—In Schedule-1 appended to the Himachal Pradesh Trade Articles (Licensing Control) Order, 1981:—

(a) under part "B" (Pulses), the following items shall be added, namely:-

"Pulses (whole or split)"

(b) under part "C" (Oilseeds), the following items shall be added, namely:-

"Edible Oil Seeds", and

(c) under part "D" (Edible Oils), the following items shall be added,namely:-

"Edible Oil"
