संख्याः विद्युत-छः (5)-31/2012.-यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत परिषद् लिमिटेड, जो कि भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 1894 (1894 का पहला अधिनियम) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (सी.सी.) के अन्तर्गत सरकार के स्वामित्व और नियन्त्रण के अधीन एक परिषद है, के द्वारा अपने व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः मुहाल खारसी ब्राहमणा, उप-तहसील 198-राजपत्र/2013-11-12-2013 (5145) 5146 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 11 दिसम्बर, 2013/20 अग्रहायण, 1935 नम्होल, जिला बिलासपुर, हि0प्र0 में 220/132 के0वी0 उप-केन्द्र के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है। अतएव एतदद्व्ारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।
2. भू-अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-6 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों की सूचना हेतू घोषणा की जाती है और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-7 के उपबन्धों के अधीन भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, हि0प्र0 राज्य विद्युत परिषद् लिमिटेड, उत्तम भवन, शिमला-4 का भूमि के अर्जन के लिए आदेश लेने का एतद द्वारा निर्देश दिया जाता है।
3. भूमि के रेखांक का निरीक्षण कार्यालय भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, हि0प्र0 राज्य विद्युत परिषद् लिमिटेड, उत्तम भवन, शिमला-4 में किया जा सकता है।

Whereas the applicant has moved an application for partition of joint land comprised in Khata/Khatauni No. 7/10, Bearing Khasra No. 59/34 area measuring 10-08-00 Bighas situated at Mauza Sujji Charjan, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh;
and whereas the summons were issued to respondents, but the service upon respondent No. 1 to 16, 18 and 21 to 33 could not effected through general process.
Now by this proclamation, the respondent No. 1 to 16, 18 and 21 to 33 are hereby informed to be present in this Court in person or through their legal representative on 7-1-2014 at 10.00 A.M. failing which the exparte proceedings shall be taken against them.

श्री बलदेव सिंह पुत्र श्री ईश्वर दास, निवासी मौजा बढल, डा0 गोयला, उप-तहसील कृष्णगढ़, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजार कर निवेदन किया है कि उसका लड़का आशिष ठाकुर पुत्र श्री बलदेव सिंह का जन्म ग्राम पंचायत गोयला में दिनांक 5-2-2008 को हुआ है। जो कि ग्राम पंचायत के अभिलेख में दर्ज नहीं हुआ है, इसलिए प्रार्थी के पुत्र आशिष की जन्म तिथि 5-2-2008 ग्राम पंचायत गोयला के अभिलेख में दर्ज किए जाने के आदेश दिए जावें।
इस बारे आम जनता को इश्तहार राजपत्र के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर किसी व्यक्ति को बलदेव सिंह के पुत्र आशिष ठाकुर की जन्म तिथि 5-2-2008 ग्राम पंचायत गोयला के अभिलेख में दर्ज 5148 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 11 दिसम्बर, 2013/20 अग्रहायण, 1935 करने बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इस न्यायालय में दिनांक 1-1-2014 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर होकर एतराज पेश कर सकते हैं। समय पर हाजिर न होने की सूरत में यह समझा जाएगा कि इस जन्म तिथि को ग्राम पंचायत के अभिलेख में दर्ज करने के लिए किसी को भी कोई आपत्ति नहीं है और जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने के आदेश सम्बन्धित पंचायत को जारी कर दिए जावेंगे।
