उक्त स्थानीय क्षेत्रों को सम्मिलित किए जाने से संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाला कोई हितबद्ध व्यक्ति, यदि, इस अधिसूचना की बाबत कोई आक्षेप या सुझाव देना चाहता है, तो वह उसे इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र, 210-राजपत्र/2013-30-12-2013 (5397) 5398 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 30 दिसम्बर, 2013/9 पौष, 1935 हिमाचल प्रदेश (असाधारण) में प्रकाशन की तारीख से छह सप्ताह के भीतर, उपायुक्त, शिमला के माध्यम से, सचिव (शहरी विकास), हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को भेज सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 23th December, 2013

No. UD-A(1)5/2012.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to propose to include within the Nagar Panchayat, Chopal, the local areas specified in Schedule "A", annexed to this Notification.

If any interested person who is likely to be affected by the inclusion of the said local area and has any objection or suggestion with regard to this Notification, he may send the same to the Secretary (Urban Development) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh through the Deputy Commissioner, Shimla within six weeks from the date of publication of the Notification in the Rajpatra (extra-ordinary) Himachal Pradesh.

The objection or suggestion, if any, received within the above stipulated period shall be taken into consideration by the Government before finalizing the draft notification.

No. Per(A-IV)-A(3)-3/84-IV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Rules, 1973, notified vide this Department's Notification No. 7-5/73-DP(Apptt.), Dated 15-03-1973 and published in the Rajpatra (Extra Ordinary) dated 11.05.1973, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (Second Amendment), Rules, 2013.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of rule-11.—In rule 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Rules, 1973,—

(a) for the existing provision against clause (a) of sub-rule (2), the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"(a) who has not attained the age of 21 (twenty one) years and has attained the age of 35 (thirty five) years on or before the first day of January of the year in which application(s) are invited by the Commission for Competitive Examination:

Provided that a candidate belonging to SCs/STs category of Himachal Pradesh/ Other Backward Classes of Himachal Pradesh, as declared by the Himachal Pradesh Government from time to time/ Children/ Grand Children of Freedom Fighters of Himachal Pradesh shall be entitled to age relaxation for such period as may, from time to time, be allowed by Government in respect of the category to which he/she belongs," and

(b) for the existing provisions against subrule (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"(3) A Government servant who is holding substantive/ officiating/ contractual appointment in H.P. Government or in High Court or any Court Subordinate thereto and employees of the Public Sector Undertakings/Corporations/ substantially owned or controlled by the H.P. Government shall be eligible to appear in the examination if he/she possesses a Bachelor's degree of a recognised University and has not attained the age of 42 (forty two) years on the first day of January of the year in which the applications are invited by the Commission for the Competitive examination. Any person who is eligible under this sub-rule and wishes to appear in the examination shall submit his/her application in the prescribed form through his/her Head of Office to the Secretary, H.P. Public Service Commission."

संख्या विद्युत-छः (5)-1/2013.-यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत परिषद्‌ लिमिटेड, जो कि भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 1894 (1894 का पहला अधिनियम) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (सी.सी.) के अन्तर्गत सरकार के स्वामित्व और नियन्त्रण के अधीन एक निगम है के द्वारा अपने व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः मुहाल जुगाहण, तहसील सुन्दरनगर, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश में 132 के0वी0 डबल सर्केट टावर नम्बर-103 पर पुश्ता दीवार (Protection Wall) के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है। 2. भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-6 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों की सूचना हेतु घोषणा की जाती है और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-7 के उपबन्धों के अधीन भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, हिमाचल प्रदेश विद्युत निगम लिमिटेड, युनिट नम्बर-2, मण्डी, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश को उक्त भूमि के अर्जन के लिए आदेश लेने का एतद्‌द्वारा निर्देश दिया जाता है।

3. भूमि के रेखांक का निरीक्षण कार्यालय भू-अजर्न समाहर्ता, हिमाचल प्रदेश विद्युत निगम लिमिटेड, युनिट नम्बर-2, मण्डी, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश में किया जा सकता है।

संख्या विद्युत-छः (5)-61/2013.-यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत परिषद्‌ लिमिटेड, जो कि भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 1894 (1894 का पहला5405 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 30 दिसम्बर, 2013/9 पौष, 1935 अधिनियम) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (सी.सी.) के अन्तर्गत सरकार के स्वामित्व और नियन्त्रण के अधीन एक निगम है के द्वारा अपने व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः मुहाल गवाही, उप तहसील नौहरा, जिला सिरमौर, हिमाचल प्रदेश में रेणुका बाँध के निर्माण व इसके जलमग्न क्षेत्र हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को जो इससे सम्बन्धित हैं या हो सकते हैं की जानकारी के लिए भू-अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-4 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।

3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने और उस धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः सभी अन्य कार्यों को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं।

4. अत्यधिक आवश्यकता को दृष्टि में रखते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-17 की उपधारा (4) के अधीन यह भी निर्देश देते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-5 ए के उपबन्ध इस मामले में लागू नहीं होंगे।

5. भूमि से सम्बन्धित रेखांक का निरीक्षण, कार्यालय भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, हिमाचल प्रदेश विद्युत निगम लिमिटेड, उत्तम भवन, शिमला-4, जिला शिमला, हि0 प्र0 में किया जा सकता है।

उपरोक्त मुकद्दमें में श्री सन्दीप पुत्र स्व0 श्री हुकम सिंह, गांव पूजे, तहसील निचार, जिला किन्नौर व अनु पुत्री श्री राजेन्द्र चौहान, निवासी गांव व डाकघर हिमरी, तहसील कोटखाई, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर, 2013 को अदालत हजा में प्रस्तुत होकर प्रार्थना-पत्र पेश किया है कि उन्होंने दिनांक 19 नवम्बर, 2013 को आपसी रजामंदी से विवाह किया है और तब से पति-पत्नी के तौर पर रहते आ रहे हैं। अतः जेर धारा 15, विशेष विवाह अधिनियम, 1954 के अन्तर्गत उनका विवाह पंजीकरण करने की प्रार्थना की है।

अतः आम जनता को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को इस विवाह बारे उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 10 जनवरी, 2014 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे या इससे पूर्व असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर अदालत होकर अपना उजर/एतराज पेश करे अन्यथा दीगर कार्यवाही एकतरफा अमल में लाई जाएगी।

Disha have filed an application alongwith affidavits in the court of undersigned under section 15 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they have solemnized their marriage on 2-5-2013 according to Hindu rites and customs at their respective houses and they are living together as husband and wife since then, hence their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 20-1-2014 after that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be registered.

प्रार्थना-पत्र जेर धारा 8(4) हिमाचल प्र्रदेश मैरिज ऐक्ट, 1996 के अन्तर्गत विवाह पंजी—त करने बारा। उपरोक्त मामला में श्री राकेश कुमार व बिन्ता देवी ने न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र पेश किया है कि उन्होंने दिनांक 19-6-2011 को गांव मझारणू, तहसील जोगिन्दरनगर, जिला मण्डी (हि0 प्र0) में हिन्दू धर्म के अनुसार शादी की है और तब से वह पति-पत्नी के रूप में रहते चले आ रहे हैं। अतः जेर धारा 8 उप-धारा 4 पंजी—त मैरिज एक्ट 1996 के अन्तर्गत उनका विवाह पंजी—त किया जावे।

अतः आम जनता व उनके रिश्तेदारों, माता-पिता को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस बारा कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 2-1-2014 को 10.00 बजे या इससे पूर्व असालतन या वकालतन हाजर अदालत होकर पेश करें अन्यथा एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर शादी पंजीकरण प्रमाण-पत्र जारी कर दिया जावेगा, तथा बाद में कोई भी उजर काबले समायत न होगा।
