संख्याःटी0सी0पी0-एफ(5)-5/2013.--हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर और ग्राम योजना अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 13 की उपधारा (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए ''जोगिन्द्रनगर योजना क्षेत्र'' का गठन करती है, जिसमें तहसील जोगिन्द्रनगर, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश के निम्नलिखित गाँवों में निम्न विनिर्देशानुसार सम्मिलित होंगे :--

विनिर्देश

उत्तरः- हदबस्त संख्या 65 ढेलू की बाहरी सीमा से आरम्भ होते हुए हदबस्त सं0 398 पंचजन की बाहरी सीमा तक, पहाड़ी की तरफ और घाटी की तरफ हदबस्त सं0 339 गरोडू, 335 जलवाहन और 334 पलहून की बाहरी सीमा तक।

पूर्वः- हदबस्त संख्या 65 ढेलू की बाहरी सीमा से आरम्भ होते हुए, हदबस्त संख्या 398 पंचजन, 397 जिमजिमा, 392 अवायर और हदबस्त संख्या 387 नकहेड़ की बाहरी सीमा तक।

दक्षिणः- हदबस्त संख्या 387 नकहेड की बाहरी सीमा से आरम्भ होते हुए और हदबस्त संख्या 388 रोपा पधर की बाहरी सीमा तक।

पश्चिमः- हदबस्त संख्या 388 रोपा पधर की बाहरी सीमा से आरम्भ होते हुए, 392 अवायर, 391 हारगुनैण, 393 शानन, 340 मझारनू और हदबस्त संख्या 334 पलहूण की बाहरी सीमा तक।

और उक्त योजना क्षेत्र के विद्यमान भू-उपयोग के मानचित्र (नक्शे) को पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 (1) के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित अभी तक प्रकाशित नहीं किया गया है;

और हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल का समाधान हो गया है कि पूर्वोक्त योजना क्षेत्र में, भू-उपयोग में परिवर्तन या उस पर किसी निर्माण संक्रिया से सतह या किसी भूमि या मिट्‌टी पर हानिकारक अवरोध होने की सम्भावना है या मिट्‌टी के संरक्षण, भूमि खिसकने की रोकथाम या भूमि कटाव से संरक्षण हेतु हानिकारक समझा गया है और पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम के उपबन्धों के अनुसार उक्त क्षेत्र की योजना बनाना और विकास करना कठिन होने की सम्भावना है;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर और ग्राम योजना अधिनियम 1977, (1977 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 15 क की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ''जोगिन्द्रनगर योजना क्षेत्र'' के विद्यमान भू-उपयोग मानचित्र (नक्शे) पर, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए रोक लगाती है।

Shimla-2, the 14th January, 2014

No. TCP-F(5)-5/2013.—Whereas "Joginder Nagar Planning Area" has been constituted under subsection (1) of Section-13 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977) vide Notification No. TCP-F(5)-5/2013 Dated 14-01-2014;

And whereas existing land use map of the said Planning Area has not yet been published under Section-15(1) of the aforesaid Act;

And whereas the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is satisfied that in the aforesaid Planning Area, the change of land use or any building operation therein is likely to cause injurious disturbance of the surface or any land or soil, or is considered detrimental to the preservation of the soil, prevention of land slips or protection against erosion and is likely to make it difficult to plan and develop the said area in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid Act;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15-A of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to freeze the existing land use map of the "Joginder Nagar Planning Area" for a period of three years from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, Himachal Pradesh.

विनिर्देश

उत्तरः- नगर पंचायत चौपाल के संगम बिन्दु से आरम्भ होते हुए और गांव जयगढ़ नजदीक शिमला झिकनीपुल सड़क तक मोहाल जयगढ़ हदबस्त संख्या 818 की उत्तरी सीमा की ओर निचली तरफ उत्तरी पश्चिमी सीमा के मिलन बिन्दु तक।

पूर्वः- उतरी पूर्वी सीमा से आरम्भ होते हुए दक्षिण की ओर मोहाल बोधना हदबस्त संख्या 1446 की पूर्वी सीमा की ओर मोहाल चौपाल और मोहाल बोधना की पूर्वी दक्षिणी सीमा के मिलन बिन्दु तक। दक्षिणः- पूर्वी दक्षिणी सीमा से आरम्भ होकर पश्चिम की ओर मोहाल मझठोली हदबस्त संख्या 1291 की ओर नेरवा सड़क के मिलन बिन्दु तक।

पश्चिम :- नेरवा सडक से आरम्भ होते हुए पश्चिमी सीमा के साथ मोहाल मझठोली से मोहाल सटका और मोहाल मझठोली के संगम बिन्दु तक तत्पश्चात्‌ पश्चिमी सीमा की बाहरी तरफ से मोहाल सटका हदबस्त संख्या 330 के उत्तरी सीमा की ओर, नगर पंचायत चौपाल हदबस्त संख्या 53 (पुराना)5744 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जनवरी, 2014/25 पौष, 1935 निचली ओर से मोहाल जयगढ़ नजदीक शिमला और झिकनी पुल सड़क के संगम बिन्दु और नगर पंचायत चौपाल के मिलन बिन्दु तक।

North:- Starting from the junction point of Nagar Panchayat Chopal and village Jaigarh near junction point of Shimla Ziknipul road downwards following the Northern boundary of Mohal Jaigarh Hadbast No. 818 up to the meeting point of Northern-Eastern boundary.

East:- Starting from the Northern-Eastern boundary point towards Southern side following the Eastern boundary of Mohal Bodhana Hadbast No. 1446 upto the meeting point of Eastern-Southern boundary of Mohal Bodhna and Mohal Chopal.

South:- Starting from the Eastern-Southern boundary point towards Western side following the Southern boundary of Mohal Majhotly Hadbast No. 1291 upto the meeting point of Nerwa road.

West:- Starting from the Nerwa road upto along the Western boundary Mohal majhotly to the junction point of Mohal Majhotly and Mohal satka. And whereas existing land use map of the said Planning Area has not yet been published as required under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the aforesaid Act;

संख्याः एच0आई0एम0/टी0पी0सी0(एस)/पी0जे0टी0/हाटकोटी विशेष क्षेत्र/ Vol.I-1715- 1865.-एतद्‌द्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि हाटकोटी विशेष क्षेत्र के लिए भूमि के वर्तमान उपयोग सम्बन्धी मानचित्र का हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर एवं ग्राम योजना अधिनियम 1977, (1977 का अधिनियम-12) की धारा-15 (I) के अधीन तैयार किया गया है और उसकी एक प्रति निम्नलिखित कार्यालयों में कार्यालय समय के दौरान निरीक्षण हेतु रखी गई हैः--

No.HIM/TCP(S)/PJT/Hatkoti Special Area/Vol.I-1715-1865.—Notice is hereby given that the existing Land Use Map for Hatkoti Special Area has been prepared under Sub-Section (1)5775 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जनवरी, 2014/25 पौष, 1935 of Section-15 of the H.P. Town & Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No.12 of 1977). The Existing Land Use for Hatkoti Special Area is hereby published the Notice is given that a copy of the said Existing Land Use Map is available for inspection in the following offices during the office hours (10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.) from monthly to Saturday except second Saturday and Gazetted Holidays.

1. The Chairman, Special Area Development Authority Hatkoti-cum-S.D.M. Rohru, Tehsil Rohru (H.P.).

2. The Member Secretary Hatkoti Special Area Development Authority-cum-Tehsildar Jubbal, Tehsil Jubbal, Distt. Shimla.

3. The Town & Country Planner, Divnl. Town & Country Planning Office, Shimla.

If there be any objection or suggestion with respect to the existing land use map so prepared it should be sent in writing to the Chairman, Special Area Development Authority Hatkoti-cum S.D.M. Rohru Distt. Shimla, The Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Rohru, Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla, H.P. and the Town & Country Planner, Division Town Planning Office, Block No. 32, H.P. Shimla-9 before the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this Notice in Himachal Pradesh Rajpatra.
