श्रीमती तारा देवी पत्नी श्री दीवान चन्द, निवासी ग्राम छदो, डा0 गाईघाट, तहसील कसौली, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र दिया है कि उसका पति श्री दीवान चन्द पुत्र श्री शक्त राम अरसा लगभग 20 वर्षाें से अपने घर ग्राम छेदो से लापता है, जिसकी गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट थाना परवाणु में दर्ज है। श्री दीवान चन्द का आज तक कोई पता नहीं चल पाया है कि वह जीवित अवस्था में है अथवा 6928 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 25 फरवरी, 2014/6 फाल्गुन, 1935 नहीं। श्री दीवान चन्द के नाम मौजा छदो में मलकीयत अराजी दर्ज कागजात माल है, जिसकी विरास्त का इन्तकाल नम्बर 26 मकफूल-उल-खबरी, मौजा छदो, पटवार वृत्त तड़ोल, तहसील कसौली, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश बहक जायज वारसान दर्ज है। यदि श्री दीवान चन्द या अन्य किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त इन्तकाल नम्बर 26 मकफूल-उल-खबरी के तस्दीक करने में कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 12-3-2014 को या इससे पूर्व इस अदालत में असालतन या वकालतन पेश होकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है। बाद गुजरने मियाद कोई एतराज काबले समायत न होगा तथा इन्तकाल नं0 26 मकफूल-उल-खबरी कर फैसला बहक जायज वारसान तस्दीक कर दिया जाएगा।
