No Mudran (B)10-53/2010.—In the English version of Recruitment and Promotion Rules for the post of Assistant Section Holder (Composing), Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Non Ministerial Service Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2012 , notified vide this Department Notification of even number dated 29-12-2012, and published in the Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh on 19-2-2013, in 257-राजपत्र/2014-01-03-2014 (6957)6958 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 1 मार्च, 2014/10 फाल्गुन, 1935 the third line of the fourth proviso below Col. No. 6, for the words, "initial of such", the word "initial" shall be substituted.

संख्या मुद्रण (बी ) 10 -53/2010.--हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 29-12-2012 द्वारा अधिसूचित हिमाचल प्रदेश मुद्रण एवं लेखन सामग्री विभाग, सहायक अनुभागपाल, (अक्षरयोजन), वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) अलिपिक वर्गीय सेवाएं, भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 2012 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(ं1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश मुद्रण एवं लेखन सामग्री विभाग, सहायक अनुभागपाल, (अक्षरयोजन), वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) अलिपिक वर्गीय सेवाएं, भर्ती और प्रोन्नति, (प्रथम संशोधन) नियम, 2014 हैं।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. उपाबन्ध "क" का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश मुद्रण एवं लेखन सामग्री विभाग सहायक अनुभागपाल, (अक्षरयोजन), वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) अलिपिक वर्गीय सेवाएं, भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 2012 (जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ "उक्त" नियम कहा गया है) के उपाबन्ध 'क' में :--

(i) स्तम्भ संख्या 7 के सामने विद्यमान उपबन्धों में "सरकारी मुद्रणालय/आई0एस0ओ0" शब्दों और चिन्ह के स्थान पर, "सरकारी मुद्रणालय/भारतीय मानक संगठन" शब्द और चिन्ह रखे जाएंगे।

(ii) "उक्त" नियमों के स्तम्भ संख्या 15-क

(VII)(ङ) के सामने विद्यमान उपबन्धों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

"संविदा के आधार पर नियुक्त कर्मचारी, जिसने तैनाती के एक स्थान पर तीन वर्ष का कार्यकाल पूर्ण कर लिया है, आवश्यकता के आधार पर स्थानान्तरण हेतु पात्र होगा, जहां भी प्रशासनिक आधार पर ऐसा करना अपेक्षित हो ।"

3. उपाबन्ध "ख" का संशोधन.--उक्त नियमों के उपाबन्ध 'ख' में विद्यमान निबन्धन और शर्तें संख्या 6 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

"संविदा के आधार पर नियुक्त कर्मचारी, जिसने तैनाती के एक स्थान पर तीन वर्ष का कार्यकाल पूर्ण कर लिया है, आवश्यकता के आधार पर स्थानान्तरण हेतु पात्र होगा, जहां भी प्रशासनिक आधार पर ऐसा करना अपेक्षित हो।"

Shimla-2, the 14th February, 2014

No. Mudran (B)10-53/2010.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the H.P. Public Service Commission is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Printing and Stationery Department Assistant Section Holder (Composing), Class-III (Non-Gazetted), Non-Ministerial Services, Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2012, notified vide Notification of even number dated 29 -12-2012 .

1. Short Title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Printing and Stationery Department, Assistant Section Holder (Composing), Class-III (Non-Gazetted),Non-Ministerial Services, Recruitment and Promotion (Ist Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of Annexure A.—In Annexure"A" to the Himachal Pradesh Printing and Stationery Department Assistant Section Holder (Composing), Class-III (Non-Gazetted), Non- Ministerial Services, Rules 2012 ( herein after referred to as the said rules);

(1) In the Existing provisions against Col. No. 7 of said rules for the words and sign ''Government Press /ISO'' the words and sign ''Government Press/Indian Standard Organisation'' shall be substituted.

(2) for the existing provisions against the Col No.15-A VII (e) of said rules, the following shall be substituted namely :—

"An official appointed on contract basis who has completed three years tenure at one place of posting will be eligible for transfer on need based basis, wherever required on administrative grounds".

3. Amendment of Annexure "B".— In Annexure " B " of the said Rules, for the existing terms and condition No. 6 following shall be substituted, namely;

"An official appointed on contract basis who has completed three years tenure at one place of posting will be eligible for transfer on need based basis whenever required on administrative grounds".

LABOUR & EMPLOYMENT DEPARTMENT

NOTIFICATION

Shimla- 2, the 24th February, 2014

No. Shram (B) 2-10/98 (Estt.).—On the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee and with prior consultation of H. P. Public Service Commission, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to promote Sh. Subhash Pathania Statistical Assistant of the Labour & Employment Department to the post of Law Officer, Class-II, ( Gazetted ) in the pay band of ` 10300-34800 + ` 4400/- Grade Pay ( Revised), on regular basis, with effect from the assumption of charge of the post, in the Dte. of Labour & Employment.

2. The above officers shall remain on probation for a period of two years.

3. The above officer can exercise option for fixation of pay under FR-22 within one month from the date of assuming charge of the post.

4. The above promoted Statistical Assistant is directed to report for duty at his new place of posting within ten days. The promotion shall take place on joining at new place of posting. No extension in joining period will be allowed in any case.

Public Service Commission, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to promote the following Labour Inspector of the Labour & Employment Department to the post of Labour Officer, Class-II, (Gazetted) in the pay band of ` 10300-34800 + ` 4400/- Grade Pay (Revised), on regular basis, with effect from the assumption of charge of the post:-

Hence she prayed for passing necessary orders to the Secretary, Birth and Death Registration, Gram Panchayat Kot, Tehsil Kasauli, for entering the same in the birth and death records.

Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for the registration of delayed date of birth of Parvesh and Bhupinder both sons of Shri Mohan Lal, may submit their objections in writing in this court on or before 26-3-2014 at 10.00 A. M. failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.
