NO. GAD-A(B)8-4/2001-II.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare 7th May, 2014 (Wednesday) as Gazetted Holiday in Himachal Pradesh on account of General Election of l6th Lok Sabha to enable the employees working in all Government Offices/ Boards/Corporations/ Educational Institutions and Industrial Establishments situated in the Himachal Pradesh to exercise their right to franchise. This will also be a paid holiday to daily wages employees and also within the meaning of section 25 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. 10-राजपत्र/2014-16-4-2014 (205)206 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 16 अप्रैल, 2014/26 चैत्र, 1936 It is, however, clarified that special casual leave may be given to those employees who are working in different places in the State but have right to vote in other constituencies/ places in the Pradesh on the production of certificate of the concerned Presiding Officer that the employee has actually cast his/ her vote.

संख्या एफ.डी.एस.-ए(3)-16/2003.--हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग की सम संख्यक अधिसूचना दिनाकं 14 मई, 2010 द्वारा अधिसूचित हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग, खाद्य, नागरिक आपूर्ति एवं उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग में सिविल नाजर, वर्ग-III, (अराजपत्रित) के पद के भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 2010 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है अर्थात :--

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग सिविल नाजिर वर्ग-III, (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति (प्रथम संशोधन) नियम, 2011 है ।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे

2. उपाबन्ध-''क'' का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग सिविल नाजिर, वर्ग-III, (अराजपत्रित) के भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 2010 के उपाबन्ध-''क-- मेंः-

स्तम्भ संख्या 4 के सामने विद्यमान उपाबन्ध के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थातः- (क) (i) नियमित पदधारियोें के लिए वेतनमान.--10300-34800+3200 रूपये वेतन बैण्ड। (ii) संविदा पर नियुक्त कर्मचारियों के लिए उपलब्धियां.--स्तम्भ 15-क में दिए गए व्यौरे के अनुसार ।

(ख) स्तम्भ संख्या 15 (क) (ii) के सामने विद्यमान उपाबन्ध के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थातः-

संविदा के आधार पर नियुक्त सिविल नाजिर को 13,500 रूपए की समेकित नियत संविदात्मक रकम प्रतिमाह संदत्त की जाएगी, (जो वेतन बैण्ड के न्यूनतम + गे्रड वेतन के बराबर होगी)। यदि संविदा में एक वर्ष से अधिक की बढ़ौतरी की जाती है तो संविदात्मक उपलब्धियों में207 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 16 अप्रैल, 2014/26 चैत्र, 1936 पश्चातनवर्ती वर्ष (वर्षाें) के लिए 410/-रूपए (पद के वेतन बैण्ड के न्यूनतम + ग्रेड वेतन का 3%) की वार्षिक वृद्धि अनुज्ञात की जायेगी ।

(ग) स्तम्भ संख्या 15 (क) (vii) (क) के सामने विद्यमान उपाबन्ध के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थातः-

संविदा पर नियुक्त व्यक्ति को 13,500 रूपए की नियत संविदात्मक रकम प्रतिमास संदत्त की जाएगी, ( जो वेतन बैण्ड के न्यनतम ़ ग्रेड वेतन के बराबर होगी)। संविदा पर नियुक्त व्यक्ति और विस्तारित वर्षों के लिए संविदात्मक रकम में 410 रूपए (पद के वेतन बैण्ड के न्यूनतम + ग्रेड वेतन का 3%) की दर से वृद्धि का हक दार होगा और अन्य कोई प्रसुविधा, जैसे वरिष्ठता/चयन वेतनमान आदि नहीं दिया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-171002, the 9th December, 2011

No. FDS-A (3)-4/2007.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Civil Nazir, Class-III, (Non- Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2010 notified vide this departmennt's notification of even number dated 14 th May, 2010, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal, Commission, Civil Nazir, Class-III, (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment) Rules, 2011.

(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Ammendment in Annexure- "A".—In Annexure-"A" to the Himachal Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal, Commission and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Fora, Civil Nazir,Class-III, (Non- Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2010;

(a) For the existing provisions against Column No.4, the following shall be substituted, namely:

(i) Rs. 10300-34800+ 3200 Grade Pay.

(ii) Emoluments for contract Employees as per details given in col.15A

(b) For the existing provisions against Column No.15, A) II), the Following shall be substituted, namely;

The Civil Nazir appointed on contract basis will be paid consolidated fixed contractual amount @ Rs.13, 500/- per month (which shall be equal to minimum of the pay band + grade pay). An amount of Rs.410/-(3% of the minimum of pay band+grade pay of the post ) as annual increase in the contractual emoluments for the subsequent year(s) will be allowed if contract is extended beyond one year. The Following shall be substituted, namely;

(c) For the existing provisions against Column No.15, A) VII), (a), the Following shall be substituted, namely;

The Contract Appointee will be paid fixed contractual amount @ Rs.13, 500/- per month (which shall be equal to minimum of the pay band +grade pay). The Contract Appointee will be entitled for increase in contractual amount @ Rs. 410 /- ( 3% of minimum of the pay band + grde pay of the post) for further extended years and no other allied benefits such as senior/ selection scales etc. will be given .
