Dated: 6th May, 2014 16 Vaisakha, 1936(Saka) No. 434/HP-HP/2014(2).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby appoints, in addition to the officers appointed by its Notification No. 434/HP- HP/2014(2), dated 5th March, 2014, as amended from time to time, each of the officers of the Government of Himachal Pradesh as specified in column (3) of the table below as Asistant Returning Officers to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Himachal Pradesh as specified in column(1) of the said table in counting of votes of the general election to the Lok Sabha in the Himachal Pradesh State:—
