संख्या रैव0बी0ए0(3)-8/2012.-हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश लैण्ड रिकार्ड मैनुअल के अध्याय 8 के पैरा 8.1 के उपरान्त निम्नलिखित नया सब-पैरा सहर्श जोड़ती हैंः-
''8.1(ए) हिमुडा/कॉलोनाईजर/प्रोमोटर या अन्य किसी इस प्रकार की इकाई के पक्ष में आवासीय कॉलौनी के निर्माण के लिए भूमि हस्तांरण के मामलों में इन्तकाल एवं उसके उपरान्त सम्बन्धित जमाबन्दी में प्रविष्टि करने के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाएगीः-
(i) हिमुडा/कॉलोनाईजर/प्रोमोटर या इस प्रकार की किसी अन्य इकाई, जैसा भी मामला हो, द्वारा प्लॉटों के विभाजन (प्राधिकृत अधिकारी द्वारा यथा अनुमोदित) की प्रविष्टि पटवारी प्राईवेट पार्टिश्न की भांन्ति, इन्तकाल रजिस्टर में करेगा।
43-राजपत्र/2014-2-6-2014 (875) 876 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 2 जून, 2014/12 ज्येष्ठ, 1936 (ii) स्वामित्व एवं काबिज के खाना में हिमुडा/कॉलोनाईजर/प्रोमोटर या अन्य इस प्रकार की किसी अन्य इकाई, जैसा भी मामला हो, मालिक मय कब्जा दर्ज किया जाएगा। प्लॉटों के विभाजन को कॉलम न0 11 (अर्थात खसरा न0 के कॉलम) में खसरा नम्बर(ों) या विभाजित खसरा नम्बर(ों) या दोनों, जैसा भी मामला हो, में प्रविष्ट किया जएगा। इन नम्बर(ों) से बने प्लॉटों की संख्या कोष्टक में प्रविष्ट की जाएगी।
(ii) जब ऐसे प्लॉट(ों)/ब्लॉक(ों)/फलैट(ों) का हिमुडा/कॉलोनाईजर/प्रोमोटर या इस प्रकार की किसी अन्य इकाई, जैसा मामला हो, को किसी व्यक्ति(यों) को आगे हस्तांतरित किया जाएगा तो पटवारी ऐसे हक को प्राप्त करने का इन्तकाल कब्जा के खाना में हिमुडा/कॉलोनाईजर/ प्रोमोटर या अन्य इस प्रकार की किसी अन्य इकाई, जैसा भी मामला हो, को विक्रेता (वाया) तथा सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति(यों) को क्रेता (मुश्त्री) दर्ज करेगा। खाना न0 11 में प्लॉट नम्बर, ब्लॉक नम्बर व फलैट नम्बर को कोष्टक में सम्बन्धित खसरा नम्बर(ों) के समक्ष दर्शाया जाएगा।
(iii) इन्तकाल सत्यापित होने के उपरान्त उपरोक्त सब पैरा (i) व (ii) के अनुसार, इसी प्रकार की प्रविष्टि अनुवर्ती जमाबन्दी में दर्ज की जाएगी।''

No. Rev.B.A.(3)-8/2012.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to add the following new sub-paras in existing para 8.1 of Chapter 8 of the H.P. Land Records Manual:--
"8.1(A) With respect to land transferred for construction of residential colonies in favour of HIMUDA/Colonizer/Promoter or any other such agency, the following procedure shall be followed for mutation and subsequent entries in Jamabandi:--
(i) The Patwari shall make entry of sub-division of plots (duly approved by the competent authority) made by HIMUDA/Colonizer/Promoter or any other such agency, as the case may be, in the register of mutation like a mutation of private partition.
(ii) In the columns of ownership and possession, the name of HIMUDA/Colonizer/ Promoter or any other such agency, as the case may be, will be entered as owner with possession. The sub-division of plots will be entered in column number 11(i.e. the column of khasra number) by showing khasra number(s) or sub-divided khasra number(s) or both, as the case may be. The plot number carved out from such khasra number(s) will be recorded in brackets.
(ii) When plot(s), block(s) or flat(s) are further transferred by HIMUDA/Colonizer/ Promoter/any other such agency, as the case may be, to any person(s), the Patwari shall enter mutation of acquisition of rights of such person in possession column showing HIMUDA/Colonizers/Promoter or any other such agency, as the case may be, as seller (Baya) and person(s) acquiring such property, as purchaser (mushtri). In the column877 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 2 जून, 2014/12 ज्येष्ठ, 1936 No.11, Plot No., Block No. and Flat No. in brackets and corresponding khasra number(s), shall be shown alongwith the area.
(iii) After attestation of mutation as mentioned in sub-paras (i) and (ii) above, the entry will be made likewise in the subsequent jamabandi(s)."

No. EXN-F(10)-8/2013.—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 10 of Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005(Act No.12 of 2005), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh proposes to carry out the following amendments in Schedule 'A' appended to the said Act and the same are hereby published in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh(Extra-ordinary) for the information of general public;
If any interested person likely to be affected has any objection(s) or suggestion(s) with regard to the proposed amendments, he may send the same to the Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh,Shimla-171009 within a period of 10 days from the date of publication of this notification;

प्रार्थी श्री बालमुकन्द पुत्र श्री हरी नन्द, निवासी गांव रांवी, तहसील रामपुर बुशैहर, जिला शिमला (हि0 प्र0) ने अराजी खाता/खतौनी नं0 107/409 ता 410, कित्ते 4, रकबा तादादी 00-23-91 है0, वाका चक रांवी, तहसील रामपुर बुशैहर, जिला शिमला हिमाचल प्रदेश की तकसीम दरख्वास्त इस अदालत में बराए हुकमन तकसीम गुजारी है, जो इस अदालत में विचाराधीन है। प्रतिवादी मोहर सिंह खाता हजा में मालिक दर्ज कागजात माल है। प्रतिवादी की तामील बार-बार समन जारी करने के उपरान्त भी असालतन न होनी पाई जा रही है तथा इस अदालत को यकीन हो गया है कि इनकी तामील साधारण तरीके से होनी सम्भव नहीं है। अतः प्रतिवादी मोहर सिंह को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि वह दिनांक 24-6-2014 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन पैरवी मुकद्दमा हेतु हाजिर अदालत आएं। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में यह समझा जावेगा कि इस खाता की तकसीम बारे उसे किसी भी व्यक्ति का किसी प्रकार का एतराज नहीं है तथा यकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी।

श्री दुनी चन्द पुत्र श्री सरन दास आदि वादीगण नं0 1 ता 7, निवासी गांव रंगोरी, तहसील रामपुर बुशैहर, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने अराजी खाता/खतौनी नं0 284/534, खसरा नं0 1524, रकबा तादादी 00-06-47 है0 वाका चक मझगांव, तहसील रामपुर बुशैहर, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश का दरुस्ती इन्द्राज प्रार्थना-पत्र विरुद्ध प्रतिवादी नं0 1 श्री फिना दास आदि इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया है, जो इस अदालत में विचाराधीन है। प्रतिवादी नं0 1 श्री फिना दास पुत्र श्री जीतू की तामील बार-बार समन जारी किए जाने के बाबजूद भी असालतन नहीं हो पा रही है, जिस कारण इस अदालत को यकीन हो गया है कि इनकी तामील साधारण तरीके से होनी सम्भव प्रतीत नहीं होती है। उपरोक्त प्रतिवादी की तामील असालतन न होने के कारण प्रकरण दरुस्ती इन्द्राज लम्बित चला आ रहा है। अतः प्रतिवादी श्री फिना दास को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि दिनांक 24-6-2014 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन पैरवी मुकद्दमा हेतु हाजिर अदालत आवें। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में यह समझा जाएगा कि इस दरुस्ती बारे उपरोक्त प्रतिवादी का कोई एतराज नहीं है तथा यकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी।
