संख्याःई0एक्स0एन0-एफ(1)-1/2014.-इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 27 मार्च, 2014 द्वारा, हिमाचल प्रदेश पथकर अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 9) से संलग्न अनुसूची-II में संशोधन किए जाने के सम्बन्ध में पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 की उपधारा (2) के उपबन्धों के अनुसार उससे संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले व्यक्ति(व्यक्तियों) से इसके राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन की अवधि के भीतर आक्षेप और सुझाव आंमत्रित करने के लिए अधिसूचना अधिसूचित की गई थी और उसे राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में 28 मार्च, 2014 को प्रकाशित किया गया था;
47-राजपत्र/2014-9-6-2014 (1109)1110 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 9 जून, 2014/19 ज्येष्ठ, 1936 नियत अवधि के भीतर कोई भी आक्षेप/सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं ; अतः, हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन, उनमें निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हिमाचल प्रदेश पथकर अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का अधिनियम संख्याकं 9) से संलग्न अनुसूची-II में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं य अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिनियम से संलग्न अनुसूची-II में मद संख्या 9 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित नई मद संख्याः 10 जोड़ी जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-
| "10. | हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य में राज्य, जिला या उप-मण्डल स्तर पर कार्यरत प्रत्यायित प्रैस संवाददाताओं के यानों को, राज्य में प्रवेश करते समय । | निदेशक, सूचना एवं जनसम्पर्क, हिमाचल प्रदेश द्वारा जारी पहचान पत्र को प्रस्तुत करने पर ।"। |

File No. EXN-F(1)-1/2014.--Whereas the notification regarding carrying out amendments in SCHEDULE-II appended to the Himachal Pradesh Tolls Act,1975 (Act No. 9 of 1975), was notified in accordance with the provisions of sub-section(2) of Section 13 of the Act ibid for inviting objections(s) and suggestion(s) from the person(s) likely to be affected thereby within a period of 30 days from the date of its publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh, vide this Department's Notification of even number dated 27.03.2014 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 28/03/2014;
And whereas no objection/suggestion has been received within the stipulated period.
Now, therefore, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers vested in her under sub-section(2) of Section 13 of the Act ibid is pleased to carry out the following amendments in SCHEDULE-II appended to the Himachal Pradesh Tolls Act,1975(Act No. 9 of 1975) with immediate effect, namely:--
In SCHEDULE-II appended to the said Act, after item No.9, the following new item
No.10 shall be added, namely:--
| "10. | Vehicles of Accredited Press Correspondents working at the State, District or Sub-Division levels in the State of Himachal Pradesh at the time of entering in the State. | On production of Identity Card issued by the Director, Information and Public Relations, Himachal Pradesh.". |

No. HHC/Rules/14-61/90.—Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice, High Court of Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred under Article 229 of the constitution of India and all other enabling powers in this behalf, is pleased to make the following amendment in "The Himachal Pradesh High Court Officers and Members of the Staff (Recruitment, Conditions of Service, Conduct & Appeal) Rules, 2003".
1. Short title.— These Rules shall be called "The Himachal Pradesh High Court Officers and the Members of the Staff (Recruitment, Conditions of Service, Conduct & Appeal)(25thamendment-2014) Rules,2003.
2. Commencement.—They shall come into force with immediate effect.
3. Amendment.—The figure "5:1" in Column No. 4 "Mode of Appointment" of item No. 9 of Schedule "B" of Class-I(Gazetted), annexed to "The Himachal Pradesh High Court Officers and the Members of Staff(Recruitment, Conditions of Service, Conduct & Appeal) Rules, 2003" shall be substituted by figure "7:1".
Consequently,"Explanation" of the item No. 9 under Column No. 4 "Mode of Appointment" of Schedule "B" of Class-I(Gazetted) annexed to the Rules supra shall be read as under:--
"After promotion of seven Superintendents Gr.II one Revisor will be appointed. This cycle will repeat.

No. LLR-E(9)-3/2005-Leg-II.—WHEREAS, Shri Sanjeev Kumar, Advocate, Ghumarwin has applied for appointment as Public Notary under the Notaries Act, 1952 (53 of 1952) and the Notaries Rules, 1956 made thereunder, within the territorial limits of Sub-Division Ghumarwin of District Bilaspur;
AND WHEREAS, all the formalities required under the said Act and Rules have been completed;

विनियम
1. संक्षिप्त नाम ओैर प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (कारवार संचालन) (आठवाँ संशोधन) विनियम, 2014 है।
(2) ये विनियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगें ।
2. अनुसूची का संशोधन.- हिमाचल प्रदेश विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (कारवार संचालन) विनियम, 2005 में -
(1) क्रम संख्या 2 में -
(अ) शीर्षक "(क) जल विद्युत परियोजनाएं " के अधीन मद(ii) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद (iii) अन्तःस्थापित की जाए, नामत :-
| "(iii) प्रत्येक बहु-वर्षीय टैरिफ के अन्र्तगत र्वार्षिक नियत लागत (Annual थ्पगमक Cost), जिसमें कालिक पुनर्विलोकन (Periodic review) तथा असल परिकलन (जतनम नच) भी शामिल है, के लिए आवेदन हेतु। | (iii) उपरोक्त मद (i)के अन्र्तगत टैरिफ अवधारण हेतु संदत्त की गई फीस का 10ः ि टप्पणी.- अनके विवादकों हेतु संयुक्त आवेदन की दशा में केवल एक ही फीस ली जाएगी।" |
(आ) 'शीर्षक "ख उर्जा के नवीकरणीय स्त्रोतों से विद्युत उत्पादन परियोजनाए" के अधीन विद्यमान क्रम संख्या की क्रम संख्या (1) के रूप में पुनः संख्याकित किया जाए तथा पुनः संख्याकित मद (1) के पश्चात् निम्न क्रम संख्या (2) अन्तःस्थापित की जाए नामत :-
| "(2) र्वार्षिक नियत लागत, (Annual Fixed Cost), संपादन पुनर्विलोक न (Performance Review) कालिक पुनर्विलोक न (Periodic Review) जिसमें सही (true up) भी है, के लिए | उपरोक्त मद (1) के अन्तर्गत टैेरिफ अवधारण हेतु संदत्त की गई फीस का 5% टिप्प्णी.-अनके विवादकों हेतु संयुक्त आवेदन की दशा में केवल एक ही फीस ली जायेगी" |
(2) क्रम संख्या 5-ख के सामने स्तंभ (4) में, निम्न प्रविष्टि, प्रतिस्थापित की जाए, नामत :-
"(i) 2 मैगावाट तक की क्षमता वाली परियोजनाओं के लिए ` 10,000/-1152 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 9 जून, 2014/19 ज्येष्ठ, 1936 (ii) 2 मैगावाट से अधिक तथा 5 मैगावाट तक की क्षमता वाली परियोजनाओं के लिए ` 20,000/-
(iii) 5 मैगावाद से अधिक क्षमता ` 50,000/- वाली परियोजाओं के लिए
(3) क्रम संख्या 6 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) में निम्न प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाए, नामत :-
"(i) 2 मैगावाट की क्षमता वाली परियोजनाओं के लिए शून्य
(ii) 2 मैगावाट से अधिक तथा 5 मैगावाट तक की क्षमता वाली ` 10,000/- परियोजनाओं के लिए
(iii) 5 मैगावाट से अधिक की क्षमता ` 25,000/-" वाली परियाजे नाआ ें के लिए
