Public notice inviting objections of the general public regarding entry of birth in the records of Gram Panchayat Telangi on 29-10-2000, till the stipulated date i. e. 30-6-2014. Therefore notice is hereby issued to the general public through this publication that if anybody has any objection for the registration of birth of said son in Gram Panchayat Telangi he/she may prefer his/her written or verbal objection before the undersigned within a period of one month i. e. before 30-6-2014 failing which it will be presumed that nobody has any objection for registration of birth in Gram Panchayat Telangi and order under the Act ibid will be issued to the Local Registrar of Gram Panchayat.

श्री मनमोहन सिंह पुत्र श्री कांशी राम, निवासी भाटगढ़, परगना स्तोता, उप-तहसील नेरूवा, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने नाम दरुस्ती बारे आवेदन-पत्र इस कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसका नाम राजस्व अभिलेख चक भाटगढ़ में मान दास दर्ज किया गया है जो कि गलत है। प्रार्थी का सही नाम मुताबिक स्कूल प्रमाण-पत्र, राशन कार्ड, शपथ-पत्र, हिमाचली प्रमाण-पत्र व पटवारी हल्का की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार प्रार्थी का सही नाम मनमोहन है।

हर आम व खास का इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को प्रार्थी का नाम राजस्व अभिलेख चक भाटगढ़ में मान दास के बजाए मनमोहन सिंह दरुस्त करने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह अपनी आपत्ति इस न्यायालय में दिनांक 30-6-2014 से पूर्व असालतन या वकालतन प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। बाद गुजरने मियाद अपील एतराज काबिले समायत नहीं होगा तथा चक भाटगढ़ के राजस्व अभिलेख में दरुस्ती के आदेश जारी किए जाएंगे।

आज दिनांक 24-5-2014 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर सहित न्यायालय से जारी हुआ।
