Whereas applicant Smt. Uma Devi w/o Shri Pal Singh, r/o Kewla Niwas, Lower Malyana, P. O. Malyana, Tehsil and District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh has submitted an application before the undersigned for entering of her husband name Baldev in the record of her daughter i. e. educational certificate issued by Education Board Dharamshala and Himachali certificate issued by the Tehsildar Arki, in place of Shri Pal Singh, as her husband name is entered in record as Pal Singh. She stated that she was married to Shri Baldev son of Shri Budh Ram, r/o Village Bawra, P. O. Chambaghat, Tehsil and District Solan, Himachal Pradesh on 25th July, 1990. That out of the legal wed lock between her and Shri Baldev, she gave birth to a female child on 22-4-1992. The said female child is now known as Preeti. Hence Shri Baldev is the natural biological father of Miss Preeti. That her husband Shri Baldev had died on 14-1-1993 and after his death she re-married with Pal Singh s/o Shri Nanak Chand, r/o Lower Malyana, P. O. Malyana, Tehsil and District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh Inadvertently, in the school record of her said daughter the name of her present husband Shri Pal Singh has been recorded, but Miss Preeti is the natural Biological daughter of Shri Baldev.

The general public of the concerned area is hereby called upon to file objection, if any, regarding entry of name of Baldev in place of Pal Singh, in the record of the Education Board Dharamshala and Tehsil office Arki in writing to this office. The objections should reach this office on or before 1st July, 2014 positively, otherwise necessary order for the correction of entries will be passed in the concerned office.

उपरोक्त अभियोग भू-विभाजन में इस न्यायालय द्वारा प्रतिवादी नं0 17 श्री रणवीर सिंह पुत्र श्री सैहजिया राम, निवासी ग्राम घाट कुम्हाला, डा0 शारडाघाट, तहसील कण्डाघाट, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश को तलब करने हेतु कई बार समन जारी किए गए लेकिन तामील नहीं हो पा रही है जिससे ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि उपरोक्त वर्णित प्रतिवादी की तामील साधारण तरीके से होनी सम्भव नहीं है।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा उपरोक्त प्रतिवादी को सूचित किया जाता है कि वह दिनांक 28-7-2014 को असालतन या वकालतन इस न्यायालय में हाजिर आकर पैरवी मुकद्दमा करें अन्यथा अदम पैरवी गैर हाजरी में कार्यवाही एक पक्षीय अमल में लाई जाएगी।
