उपरोक्त प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय ब्यान हल्फी व प्रति शिक्षा प्रमाण-पत्र, मतदान पहचान पत्र, हिमाचली प्रमाण-पत्र, राशन कार्ड सहित इस आशय से गुजारा है कि उसका नाम कर्मदेव है जोकि सही व दरुस्त है। लेकिन पटवार वृत घ्याल, तहसील सदर, जिला बिलासपुर (हि0 प्र0)के राजस्व अभिलेख में त्रुटिवश कमल देव दर्ज है जिसकी दरुस्ती की जावे।

इस सम्बन्ध में सर्वसाधरण जनता एवं प्रार्थी के सभी सम्बन्धियों को बजरिया इश्तहार राजपत्र सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थी के नाम की दरुस्ती बारे यदि किसी को कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन न्यायालय अधोहस्ताक्षरी दिनांक 18-7-2014 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे को आकर अपना ऐतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जा करके प्रार्थी के नाम की दरुस्ती के आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।

श्रीमती चिडी देवी पत्नी श्री लोहरी राम alias प्रेम चन्द, निवासी जनहेड, ने एक जुबानी बसीयत पंजीकृत करने हेतु अदालत हजा में पेश की है कि मृतक लोहरी राम alias प्रेम चन्द ने अपने जीवनकाल में दिनांक 10-12-2011 को एक वसीयत श्रीमती चिडी देवी के नाम लिखी थी। जिसको वह अब पंजीकृत करवाना चाहता है।1361 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 23 जून, 2014/2 आषाढ़, 1936 अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार राजपत्र द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को इस बारे कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन दिनांक 16-7-2014 को अदालत हजा में हाजिर होकर एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकता है अन्यथा प्रार्थना-पत्र पर नियमानुसार उचित आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

Smt. Kanta Devi w/o Late Shri Hari Chand, resident of Village Barang, Tehsil Kalpa, District Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh has presented an application u/s 13 (3) of Biirth and Death Registration Act, 1969 supported by an affidavit stating therein that her son named Nand Kishore expired on 6-3-2014.

But due to inadvertence, she did not get the death registered in the record of Gram Panchayat Barang. She has further requested to issue an order for registration of the death of her son in the record of Gram Panchayat Barang, Tehsil Kalpa, District Kinnaur, Himacha Pradesh.

Therefore notice is hereby issued to the general public through this publication that if anybody has any objection same may be furnished before undersigned within a period of one month i. e. 30-6-2014 failing which it will be presumed that nobody has any objection against registration of death of said person and order under the Act ibid will be issued to the Local Registrar of Gram Panchayat Barang.
