No. Fin-2-C-(12)-1/2014.—Government of Himachal Pradesh hereby notifies the sale of Himachal Pradesh Government Stock (securities) of 10-year tenure for an aggregate amount of `150.00 crore (Nominal). The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this notification (called Specific Notification) as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification No.Fin-2-C(12)-11/2003 dated July 20, 2007 of Government of Himachal Pradesh.

1. Object of the loan.—(i) The proceeds of the State Government Securities will be utilized for the development programme of the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

(ii) Consent of Central Government has been obtained to the floatation of this loan as required by Article 293 (3) of the Constitution of India.

2. Method of Issue.—Government Stock will be sold through the Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Office (PDO) Fort, Mumbai-400 001 by auction in the manner as prescribed in paragraph 6.1 of the General Notification No.Fin-2-C(12)-11/2003, dated July 20, 2007 at a coupon rate to be determined by the Reserve Bank of India at the yield based auction under multiple price formats.

3. Allotment to Non-Competitive Bidders.—The Government Stock upto 10% of the notified amount of the sale will be allotted to eligible individuals and institutions subject to a maximum limit of 1% of the notified amount for a single bid as per the Revised Scheme for Non- Competitive Bidding Facility in the Auctions of State Government Securities of the General Notification (Annexure-II).

4. Place and Date of Auction.—The auction will be conducted by the Reserve Bank of India, at its Mumbai Office, Fort, Mumbai-400 001 on July 22, 2014. Bids for the auction should be submitted in electronic format on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System as stated below on July 22, 2014.

(a) The competitive bids shall be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System between 10:30AM and 12:00 P.M. (b) The non-competitive bids shall be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM.

5. Result of the Auction.—The result of the auction shall be displayed by the Reserve Bank of India on its website on the same day. The payment by successful bidders will be on July 23, 2014.

6. Method of Payment.—Successful bidders will make payments on July 23, 2014 before close of banking hours by means of cash, bankers' cheque/pay order, demand draft payable at Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai/New Delhi or a cheque drawn on their account with Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai(Fort)/New Delhi.

7. Tenure.—The Stock will be of 10-year tenure. The tenure of the Stock will commence on July 23, 2014.

8. Date of Repayment.—The loan will be repaid at par on July 23, 2024.

9. Rate of Interest.—The cut-off yield determined at the auction will be the coupon rate percent per annum on the Stock sold at the auction. The interest will be paid on January 23 and July 23.

10. Eligibility of Securities.—The investment in Government Stock will be reckoned as an eligible investment in Government Securities by banks for the purpose of Statutory Liquidity Ratio (SLR) under Section 24 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The stocks will qualify for the ready forward facility.

File No.EXN-F(5)-6/2006-Vol.-II.—Whereas this Department had notified vide notification No.EXN-F(5)-6/2006-I, dated 01-04-2013 that the concessional Central Sales Tax at a concessional rate of 1% shall be levied on the new industrial units coming into operation on or after 1st April, 2013 with effect from the date of commencing the commercial production or the existing industrial units which carry out substantial expansion on or after 1st April,2013 with effect from commencing commercial production of the expanded capacity, for a period of five years or till the implementation of Goods and Services Tax, whichever is earlier;

And whereas due to certain shortcomings in the above notification dated 1.4.2013, it has been decided by the Government to suitably amend the same.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause(b) of sub-section(5) of section 8 of the Central Sales Tax Act,1956(Act No.74 of 1956), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to carry out the following amendments in the above notification, namely:—

For para 4(iv) of the said Notification, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"(iv) has obtained certificate in Form 'I' prescribed under this department

notification No.EXN-F(I)-2/2004(iii) dated 30th March,2005 from the General

Manager, District Industry Centre of the Department of the Industries of the

Government of Himachal Pradesh, where the industrial unit is registered or in

other case, from the Director of Industries, Himachal Pradesh or his nominee

duly authorized in this behalf, and has furnished the same certificate to the

Assessing Authority for the grant of certificate in Form 'E' appended to this

notification as Annexure 'A'."

Shimla-2, the 18th July, 2014

No. EXN-B(12)-1/2012.— In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Departmental Examination Rules of the Excise and Taxation Inspectors in the Excise and Taxation Department, Himachal Pradesh, 1978 notified vide this Department Notification No. 19- 35/71-E&T-Sectt, dated 27th June, 1978 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh dated 29th July, 1978, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Departmental Examination Rules of Excise and Taxation Inspectors in the Excise and Taxation Department, Himachal Pradesh (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of Rule 8.—For rule 8 of the Departmental Examination Rules of the Excise and Taxation Inspectors in the Excise and Taxation Department, Himachal Pradesh, 1978, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"8. Failure to Pass the Departmental Examination:—Every member of the service shall pass a departmental examination as prescribed in the Departmental Examination Rules of the Excise and Taxation Department, Himachal Pradesh, 1978, as amended from time to time, failing which he shall not be eligible for,—

उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा उनवान वाला में प्रार्थी ने प्रार्थना-पत्र दिया है कि उसकी शादी दिनांक 8-11-2010 को श्रीमती नेहा भनोट पुत्री श्री भारत भूषण, निवासी वार्ड नं0 59 शिवा एन्कलेव, तहसील खरड़, जिला मोहाली, पंजाब के साथ हुई है।

अतः आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री राजन वर्मा व श्रीमती नेहा भनोट की शादी का इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत पंजैहरा में करवाने बारे किसी को कोई एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 22-8-2014 को इस कार्यालय में उपस्थित आकर एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकता है अन्यथा दिनांक 22-8-2014 को उक्त शादी के पंजीकरण हेतु आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।

आज दिनांक 16-6-2014 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी हुआ।
