. . प्रत्यार्थीगण। सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से अवगत किया जाता है कि श्री चन्द्र शेखर पुत्र श्री राम किशन, गांव केट, परगना अजमेरपुर, तहसील घुमारवीं, जिला बिलासपुर, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने नायब-तहसीलदार भराड़ी के प्रकरण संख्या 137/9 ऑफ 1996, तारीख फैसला 3-2-2012 के विरुद्ध इस न्यायालय में अपील 2520 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 8 अगस्त, 2014/17 श्रावण, 1936 अधीन धारा 14, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 के अन्तर्गत दायर की है। जिसमें उपरोक्त वर्णित प्रत्यार्थी नं0 3 श्री सुरेन्द्र कुमार पुत्र श्री राम किशन, गांव केट को तलवी के लिए इस न्यायालय से समन जारी किए गए लेकिन प्रोफॉर्मा प्रत्यार्थियों की भरसक प्रयासों के बावजूद साधारण तौर पर व चस्पानगी द्वारा तलवी सम्भव न हो पाई।
अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से उपरोक्त वर्णित प्रत्यार्थी को अवगत/सूचित किया जाता है कि वह इस प्रकरण में अपना पक्ष प्रस्तुत करने हेतु दिनांक 20-8-2014 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन उपस्थित आवे अन्यथा एक तरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जायेगी।
