The above named applicant has filed an application supported by an affidavit in the court of undersigned under section 13(3) of the Birth & Death Registration Act, 1969 stating therein that his children named Kushal Singh was born on 29-7-2005 and Satish was born on 3-2-2000 but due to ignorance he could not get the birth of his children registered in the record of Local Registrar, Gram Panchayat Jarag and now he intends to get the same recorded as per recommendation from Registrar (Birth & Death)-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Nahan vide No. HFW-N/ST/B&D/2013- 2250, dated 31-3-2014.
Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection pertaining to registration of birth of above children in record of local Registrar, Gram Panchayat Jarag, may file his claim/objection on or before 12-9-2014, before the court of undersigned, failing which it will be presumed that nobody has any objection for registration of birth in the office of Local Registrar, Gram Panchayat Jarag and order under the Act ibid will be issued to the Local Registrar of Gram Panchayat.
