Shri Gurbachan Singh and Smt. Malkiat Kour have filed an application alongwith an affidavit in the court of undersigned under section 16 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 stating that they have solemnized their marriage on 14-1-1989 and they are living together as husband and wife since then.
