एतद द्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि बाबा बालक नाथ, विशेष क्षेत्र के वर्तमान भूमि उपयोग को तैयार करके दिनांक 11 अप्रैल, 2014 को राजपत्र में जनता की आपत्तियों/सुझावों हेतु हिमाचल प्रदेश, नगर एवं ग्राम योजना अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का बारहवां अधिनियम) की धारा-15 की उपधारा (1) के अन्तर्गत प्रकाशित किया गया था। वर्तमान भूमि उपयोग के मानचित्र की प्रतियां निरीक्षण एंव आपत्तियों/सुझावों हेतु 118-राजपत्र/2014-8-9-2014 (3129) 3130 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 8 सितम्बर, 2014/17 भाद्रपद, 1936 अध्यक्ष, विशेष क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण, बाबा बालक नाथ एवं जिलाधीश, हमीरपुर तथा सदस्य सचिव, विशेष क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण, बाबा बालक नाथ-एवं-नगर एवं ग्राम योजनाकार, मण्डलीय नगर योजना कार्यालय, हमीरपुर और सचिव नगर पंचायत, शाहतलाई, जिला बिलासपुर के कार्यालयों में रखी गई थीं । इस सम्बन्ध में जनता से कोई भी आपत्ति एवं सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुये हैं ।

अतः एतद द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि बाबा बालक नाथ, विशेष क्षेत्र के तैयार किये गये वर्तमान भूमि उपयोग पर उपरोक्त अधिनियम की धारा-16 के अन्तर्गत तुरन्त प्रतिबन्ध लगाया जाता है और इस धारा के प्रभावी होने से कोई भी व्यक्ति/स्थानीय प्राधिकरण, अध्यक्ष, विशेष क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण, बाबा बालक नाथ-एवं-जिलाधीश, हमीरपुर, हि0प्र0 की लिखित अनुमति के बिना न तो वर्तमान भूमि उपयोग मानचित्र में दर्शाये गये भू-उपयोग से किसी दूसरे उपयोग मेें बदल सकता है और न ही कोई विकास, दर्शाये गये भूमि उपयोग के विरूद्ध किसी उद्‌देश्य के लिये कर सकता है ।

NOTICE FOR ADOPTION OF EXISTING LANDUSE MAP FOR BABA BALAK NATH

Notice is hereby given that an Existing Landuse Map of Baba Balak Nath special Area was prepared and published in official gazette dated 11/04/2014 for inviting public objections/ suggestions under sub-Section (1) of Section-15 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977) and copies of Existing Land use Map were placed in the office of The Chairman, SADA, Baba Balak Nath-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur, Member Secretary, SADA, Baba Balak Nath-cum-Town & Country Planner, Divisional Town Planning Office, Hamirpur, President, Nagar Panchayat, Shah Talai, Distt. Bilaspur for inspection. No objections/suggestions has been received on the above said document.

It is hereby notified that the existing landuse of Baba Balak Nath Special Area is hereby frozen with immediate effect under Section-16 of aforesaid Act and no person/local authority shall institute or change use of any land or carry out any development of land for any purpose other than that indicated in the existing landuse map of Baba Balak Nath Special Area without prior permission in writing from the Chairman SADA Baba Balak Nath-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur.

NOTIFICATION

Dated, the 06th September, 2014

No.MC/Baddi/byelaws/2014.—BYE-LAWS UNDER SECTION 202(O) OF THE HIMACHAL PRADESH MUNICIPAL ACT, 1994 TO REGULATE THE POSTING OF BILLS HOARDING ADVERTISEMENT WITHIN THE LIMIT OF MUNICIPAL COUNCIL BADDI DISTT SOLAN (HP).

1. Short titels Commencement and Application.—These Byelaws may be called the "Bye-Laws" to regulate the posting bills and fixing of advertisement, hoardings, signboards etc. within Baddi Municipal Council limits, 2014.

(i) These Bye Laws shall come into force at once as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh.

(ii) These Bye Laws shall apply to Municipal Council Baddi limits.

2. Defination.—In these Bye-Laws under the contest other wise requires

(i) "Act" means of Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994.

(ii) "Bills" means any poster, notice and advertisement printed on paper or board or painted on Hoarding, Sign boards or Walls etc. and hang on poles painted on walls etc. (iii) "Council" means the Municipal Council Baddi District Solan(HP)

(iv) "Schedule" means the schedule indicating the rate in respect of signboards.

3. No person shall without the written permission of the Executive Officer Municipal Council Baddi stick, fix or hang or cause to be fixed, stick or hang or paint bills, posters, advertisement, notice even walls etc., over any place or property whether private or public in public street or road in contravention of following conditions:-

(i) Hoardings, advertisement/ banners will not be allowed in the acquired width of the National/ State highway and other schedule road and footpath as they cause traffic hazard and are against the instruction of the Govt. of India and Hon'ble Court.

(ii) No hoardings/advertisement/banners should be allowed in and along Municipal Council Parks/green areas except with the permission of the Municipal Council Baddi.

(iii) No Hoarding, advertisements should be put at the place where effects endangers the growth of flora and fauna.

(iv) No hoarding, advertisement should be located in thickly wooded area and no any kind of hoarding should be place on trees.

(v) No hoarding, advertisement should exceed dimension size of 16 Sq. Meters.

(vi) No hoarding, advertisement, banners should be put up in contravention of any law & rules against the guidelines notified by any department.

(vii) No hoarding, advertisement should locate near a water source.

(viii) No hoarding, advertisement should be in the form of writing engraving nailing and carving on any Natural of inanimate object.

(ix) No hoarding, advertisement, banner will be allowed on the roofs of buildings.

(x) Only sing of premises are allow upto 3 Sqm. between slab and lintel of the building to the occupier/ owner.

(xi) Directional sign to Govt. offices religious places will be allowed by the Municipal Council Baddi, The type, size and location of these shall be also approved by the Municipal Council. The Municipal Council has keeping in view requisite site clearness, so that there is no traffic hazard due to installation of such board.

(xii) No person shall without the written permission of the Executive Officer , stick, fix , hang or cause to be stuck/ fixed or hang hoarding, advertisement, banner notice etc. over any place or property whether private or public street or road.

(xiii) The Council shall provide notice board for the purpose of sticking fixing or hanging posters notice and advertisement, which shall be available for use on an application to be made to the Executive Officer on Payment of fee provided for in these byelaws.

(xiv) No hoarding, advertisement should be located/ positioned on a sharp turn "U" turn and blind turns.

(xv) The beauty of nature for matters such as hills, rivers, trees and rock should not be destroy by indiscriminate installation of commercial advertisement.

(xvi) No writing/ defacing of retaining walls and parapets could be allowed.

EXEMPTIONS:—Shopkeepers/ traders/firms/company shall be allowed to place hoarding, advertisement, and banners at shop / office on his own land with the permission of Municipal Council Baddi after depositing requisite fee. Hoarding, banner of shops, firm, trading Co. will be allowed free upto 40Sft area on the shop or premises.

4. Advertisement containing indecent pictures or language shall not be allowed. Executive Officer Municipal Council Baddi shall be the authority to decide as to the Decency or other wise of the advertisement and the appeal against his decision shall be made to the Deputy Commissioner Solan whose decision shall be final.

5. FEE FOR PERMISSION:—

(i) Fee @ 500/- per Sqm. Per annum shall be payable for every permission granted under Bye-Laws or minimum for per year.

(ii) Cloth Banners @ Rs.20/- per Sqm. per banner per day.

6. PENALTIES:—Whoever contravenes any provision of any of Byelaws shall be punishable with fine, which may extend to two thousand rupees and in the case of continuing contravention, with an additional fine which may extend to Rupees 200/- per day during which such contravention continues after conviction for the first such contravention..

7. REPEAL AND SAVING.—The specific conditions of the tax on advertisement or any other law in force immediately before the commencement of these regulations are hereby repealed.

No.MC/Baddi/byelaws/2014.—The following Bye-Laws made by Municipal Council Baddi District Solan to regulate and control the business of handcarts or Hawkers in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (U) of section 202 read with section 219 of the H.P. Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No.13 of 1994) as amended from time to time are hereby published in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (extraordinary) for the information of general public and notice is hereby given that the said draft byelaws shall be considered by the Municipal council Baddi after expiry of a period of 15 days from the date of its publication in the Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh.

If any person, likely to be affected by these draft bye-laws has any objection or suggestion (s) against these draft byelaws, he may send the written objections/suggestions to the Executive Officer, Municipal Council Baddi within the aforesaid period.

Objections / suggestions if any, received within the period as specified above, shall be taken into consideration by the Municipal Council Baddi before finalizing these Bye-Laws namely Municipal Council Baddi(Regulation and Control of Hand Cards) bye laws-2014.

1. Short title, commencement and application:—(i) These Bye-Laws may be called, "Municipal Council Baddi(Regulation and Control of Hand Cards) bye laws-2014.

(ii) These Bye-laws shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Rajpatra (extraordinary) Himachal Pradesh.

(iii) These Bye-laws shall be applicable within the jurisdiction of Municipal Council Baddi as defined from time to time.

2. Definitions:—(1) In these Bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires:—

(a) "Act" means the H.P. Municipal Act, 1994 (13 of 1994) as amended from time to time.

(b) "Authorized Officer" means Executive Officer or any other officer/ official duly authorized by the Municipality under these Bye-laws;

(d) "Handcarts" means a two wheeled/three wheeled or four wheeled cart plied for transport or hawking of articles for sale;

(e) "License" means a license granted under these bye-laws and;

(f) "Licensing authority" means the Executive Officer of the council;

(2) The words and expressions used but not defined in these bye-laws shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Act.

3. Handcarts without License not allowed.—No person shall ply any hand cart for transportation or hawking of articles for sale within the Municipal limits for which a license has not been obtained from the Municipal council.

4. Right to Prohibit the Handcart.— Right to prohibit the use of any type of handcart within any area of council shall vest in the council.

5. Issuance of License.—License for plying handcart shall be issued by the licensing authority and the license shall be issued along-with a number plate, against cost of `100/- which shall be fixed at a conspicuous part of the handcart. On loss of number plate, the licensee shall inform the licensing authority forthwith and obtain a second plate against above cost. License shall not be issued for the handcart of more than 5'x3' size.

6. Conditions of License.— License issued under byelaws 5 shall be subject to the following conditions, namely:—

(a) That the handcart for which License has been issued shall not be used without the number plate, and the number plate shall not be replaced or made rough;

(b) That the license holder of any handcart shall not keep the handcart permanently at one place but shall keep moving the same at the places as may be fixed by the Municipal Council Baddi;

(c) That handcart shall be kept clean and in proper order to the satisfaction of licensing authority. The incharge of the handcart should be neat and clean. A physically unfit person shall not be permitted to run the handcart until a Medical Officer declare him fit;

(d) That a person who is less than 18 years of age shall not be permitted to ply the cart.

(e) That the food articles kept on the handcart for the sale shall be kept in clean and covered pots/containers so as to keep the articles safe from flies etc.

(f) That the handcart shall have to be taken to Municipal Office or any other place fixed for inspection when ask by the inspecting officer, so declared by the Municipal council;

(g) That the handcart shall not be plied without adequate light during the night hours.

(h) That the licensee shall abide by all the traffic rules and the orders issued by the licensing authority;

(i) That the licensee shall keep the license with him while working on the cart and shall produce it on demand to the Executive Officer or any other officer authorized by the Executive Officer for inspection.

(j) The handcart used for carriage of goods shall not be loaded with more than 300Kg weight.

(k) That licensee should know how to ply and control the handcart in a public street and is in all respect a fit person for the job.

(l) That he must know the rules of the road and understands traffic control signals.

(m) That the handcart shall not be plied by a person in a state of intoxication;

(n) That the body of the handcart shall always be kept clean and in good condition and all boards should be strong and properly screwed;

(o) That the wheels shall be strong and sound so as to run through;

(p) That the license number shall not be removed, altered, defaced or obliterated;

(q) That a light visible from every side shall always be provided in a conspicuous place in the handcart while plying in a public street after the lighting up time;

(r) That while loading and unloading in a public street the Handcart shall be kept parallel to and as close as possible to the outer edge of the footpath and parallel to the extreme edge of the public street if there is no footpath;

(s) That the Handcart shall not be parked when waiting for hire at any place on a public street except at the place specified for the purpose;

(t) That the person incharge of the Handcart for the time being shall give correct information about his name and address whenever required to do so; and

(u) That the licensee shall attend in person whenever called upon to do so by the Executive Officer.

7. Renewal of License.—License for renewal shall be deposited by the licensee with the Municipal council Office on or before 24th March of every year.

8. Transfer of License:—(a) In case the licensed handcart is transferred to any other person, the licensee shall inform the Municipal Council within one week where upon the particulars of transferee shall be recorded on the license.

(b) Original licensee shall be responsible for all the conditions of the license until and unless the license is transferred to the transferee of the Handcart.

9. Refusal for license.— A limited number of handcart shall be licensed in a year and the right to grant or refusal to issue license shall be reserved with the Municipal council.

10. Violation of License conditions.—Any licensee in violation of any condition shall be liable for cancellation of his license by the licensing authority after giving him an opportunity of being heard against which an appeal shall lie to the Municipal Council.

11. Freight Charges.—The freight charges of the carriage of goods on handcart shall be fixed by the Municipal Council time to time and the licensee shall be bound to abide by it.

12. Fee.— Monthly Fee of handcart shall be `900/- Per Month (`30/- Per day) which shall be payable in advance.

13. Penalty.—Whosoever contravenes any provision of these bye-laws shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to `500/- on first breach and in the case of continuing contravention, with an additional fine which may extend to `50/- for every day during which such contravention continues after conviction for the first such contravention.

PRELIMINARY

1. Short title, commencement and application.—(i) These Bye-Laws may be called, "Municipal Council Baddi Plastic Waste (Management and Handling) Bye-laws, 2014." (ii) These Bye-laws shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Rajpatra (extraordinary) Himachal Pradesh.

(iii) These Bye-laws shall be applicable within the jurisdiction of Municipal Council Baddi as defined from time to time.

2. Definitions.—(1) In these Bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires:—

(a) "Act" means the H.P. Municipal Act, 1994 (13 of 1994) and Environment (Protection) Act,1986 (29 of 1986);

(b) "Authorized Officer" means Executive Officer or any other officer/ official duly authorized by the Municipality under these Bye-laws;

(d) "Compostable plastics" means plastic that undergoes degradation by biological processes during composting to yield CO2, water, inorganic compounds and biomass at a rate consistent with other known compostable materials and does not leave visible, distinguishable or toxic residue;

(e) Disintegration" means the physical breakdown of a material into very small fragments;

(f) "Extended Producer's Responsibility (EPR)" means the responsibility of a producer or a manufacturer of plastic carry bags and multilayered plastics, pouches or packages for the environmentally sound management of the product until the end of its life. This responsibility also applies to all manufactures using such packaging;

(g) "Manufacturer" means any producer who manufactures plastic carry bags, multilayered packing, pouches and the like or uses such materials in packing of a product;

(h) "Municipality" means an institution of Self Government constituted as a municipal council under this Act or any other local body constituted under the relevant statutes and, where the management and handling of municipal solid waste is entrusted to such agency;

(i) "Multilayered Plastics" means any material having a combination of more than one layer or packing material such as paper, paper board, polymeric materials, metalized layers or aluminum foil, either in the form of a laminate or co-extruded structure;

(j) "Occupier" includes any person who for the time being is paying or is liable to pay to the owner the rent or any portion of the rent of the land or building in respect of which such rent is paid or is payable and also include a tenant;

(k) "Plastic" means material which contain as an essential ingredient a high polymer and which at some stage in its processing into finished products can be shaped by flow;

(l) "Plastic waste" means any plastic product such as carry bags, pouches or multilayered packing, which have been discarded after use or after their intended life is over;

(m) "Registration" means registration of units manufacturing or recycling carry bags made of virgin or recycled plastics with the concerned State Pollution Control Board or Pollution Control Committee, as the case may be, within the jurisdiction of the Municipality;

(n) "Rule" means the rules made under the H.P. Municipal Act, 1994, (13 of 1994) and Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986);

(o) "Section" means section of the Act;

(p) "Virgin Plastic" means plastic material which has not been subjected to use earlier and has also not been blended with scrap or waste;

(q) "Waste management" means the scientific reduction, re-use, recovery, recycling, composting or disposal of plastic waste;

(r) "Waste pickers" means individuals or groups of individuals engaged in the collection of plastic waste.

(2) All other words and expressions used in these Bye-laws, but not defined, shall have the same meaning as are assigned to them in the Act or Rules framed there under.

3. Prescribed Authority.—For enforcement of the provisions of these Bye-laws relating to the use, collection, segregation, transportation and disposal of post consumer plastic waste shall be the concerned municipality and its authorized officer/official, as the case may be.

4. Generation of Plastic Waste.—(1) The Municipality may assess the quantum of post consumer plastic waste generated through delineating high, mid and low waste generating areas within its jurisdiction and conducting waste audit in the manner as provided under Bye-Laws 9 (2) The Municipality may ask manufacturers, distributors and other person who produce or handle commodities for plastic quantum within its jurisdiction and also with respect to type, size, labeling and composition of packaging.

5. Segregation of Plastic Waste:—(1) Municipality shall ensure post consumer plastic waste through primary or secondary segregation from the waste stream

(2) No owner or occupier of any premises shall keep or allow to be kept stacking or deposits of post consumer plastic waste which is likely to occasion a nuisance or is likely to be dangerous to health and environment.

6. Plastic Waste Management Centers (PWMC).—(1) Municipality shall be responsible for setting up, operationalisation and co-ordination of the plastic waste management system ensuring collection, storage, transportation, treatment, disposal and for performing the associated functions, namely:-The Municipality shall establish a plastic waste management centre3139 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 8 सितम्बर, 2014/17 भाद्रपद, 1936 (PWMC) headed by its Executive Officer. The plastic waste management centre within the municipality will ensure that post consumer plastic waste is recovered from the waste stream.

(2) The PWMC shall ensure the identification and involvement of the waste pickers, agencies working in waste management sector and formalization of the informal post consumer plastic waste collection units within jurisdiction of the Municipality.

(3) The PWMC shall register and grant authorization to such informal post consumer plastic waste collection units within the Municipality in the format as prescribed by the municipality from time to time.

(4) The registration granted under these bye laws shall be valid for a period of one year, unless revoked suspended or cancelled; and registration shall not be revoked suspended or cancelled without providing the registered plastic waste unit an opportunity for explanation to the authority

(5) The PWMC may also establish plastic waste collection units in Municipality jurisdiction involving plastic bulk generators

(6) The PWMC may ensure such unit's channelization to authorized recyclers

(7) The PWMC shall create awareness among all stakeholders about their responsibilities and ill effects of plastic waste;

7. Plastic Waste Recycling and Recovery.—The plastic waste management shall be as under:—

(1) Recycling, recovery or disposal of post consumer plastic waste shall be carried out as per the rules, regulations and standards stipulated by the Central Government from time to time;

(2) Recycling of plastics shall be carried out in accordance with the Indian standard: IS 14534: 1998 titled as Guidelines for Recycling of Plastics, as amended from time to time;

(3) Recyclers shall ensure that recycling facilities are in accordance with the Indian Standard: IS 14534: 1998 titled as Guidelines for Recycling of Plastic and in compliance with the rules under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, as amended from time to time;

(4) The Municipality shall ensure that the residues generated from recycling processes are disposed off in compliance with Schedule II (Management of Municipal Solid Wastes) and Schedule III (Specifications for Landfill Sites) of the Municipal Solid Wastes (Management and Handling) Rules, 2000 made under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, as amended from time to time.

8. Prohibition on Littering and Burning of Plastic Waste.—(1) No owner or occupier shall dispose-off any post consumer plastic waste to run down or to be thrown into any drain sink or any other place within municipal area except in such a manner as shall prevent any avoidable nuisance.

(2) No owner or occupier of any premises shall deposit post consumer plastic waste in any street, on the verandha of any building, any unoccupied ground along side, on the bank of a water course, any dustbin, vehicle and vessel not intended for the removal of the same.

(3) No owner or occupier of any premises shall burn the post consumer plastic waste (4) If any corporate body, firm or other association of individuals committing offence under this section; every person who, at the time of the commission of the offence, was incharge of the conduct of the corporate body shall be deemed to be guilty.

9. Waste Audit.—(1) The Municipality shall manage the plastic waste by undertaking waste audit in the beginning of the year.

(2) The results of the waste audit shall be compiled and sent to the HP State Pollution Control Board / State Government.

10. Extended Producer's Responsibility.—The Municipality may ask the manufactures, either collectively or individually in line with the principle of Extended Producer's Responsibility (EPR) involving such manufactures, registered within its jurisdiction and brand owners with registered offices within its jurisdiction to provide the required finance to establish such collection centers.

11. Sustainable Use of Plastic Waste.—The Municipality shall encourage the use of plastic waste by adopting suitable technology such as road construction, co-incineration etc. The municipality or the operator intending to use such technology shall ensure the compliance with the prescribed standards including pollution norms prescribed by the competent authority in this regard.

12. Penalty.—Whosoever contravenes the provision of these Bye-laws shall be penalize as provided under the Act and the prescribed authority may request the competent authority to withdraw registration/recognition, if any, granted in his favour.

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These Regulations may be called the Himachal Pradesh Ex- Servicemen Corporation (Expenditure and General) Amendment, Regulations, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of regulation 7.—In regulation 7 of the Himachal Pradesh Ex- Servicemen Corporation (Expenditure and General) Regulations, 1984 (hereinafter referred to as the said Regulation) for the words "one thousand" the words "three thousand" shall be substituted.

3. Amendment of regulation-8.—In regulations 8 of the said Regulations :—

(a) For sub regulation (C), the following may be substituted, namely. Secretary-cum-Chief Accounts Officer = Upto Rs."5000" in an individual case per month. Chairman-cum- Managing Director =Exceeding Rs "5000" in an individual case per month.

(b) In sub regulation (3) for the figure"3000" the figure "10,000" shall be substituted.

(d) In sub regulation (6) for the figures "300" the figure "2500" shall be substituted.

(e) In sub regulation (7)(b) (i) & (ii) for the figure"10,000" the figure 50,000" shall be substituted.

(f) In sub regulation (9)(a)(ii)for the figure"1500" and "3000" the figures "5,000" and "10,000" shall be substituted respectively.

(g) In sub regulation (9)(c) for the figure "8000", "15,000" and "15,000" the figure "25,000", "50,000" and "50,000" shall be substituted respectively.

(h) In sub regulation (9)(e) for the "payment under sub-head shall be made by the Secretary-cum-Chief Accounts Officer with the approval of the CMD within the limit laid down by the Board from time to time" " the payment under sub-head shall be made by the Secretary-cum-Chief Accounts Officer with the approval of the CMD upto Rs. 15,000/- per month and exceeding Rs. 15,000/- the approval of Board will be required shall be substituted.

(i) In sub regulation (9)(f) for the figure "500" the figure "2500" shall be substituted.

(j) In sub regulation (10)(b) for the figure "5,000", "15,000" and "15,000" the figure "15,000", "50,000"and "50,000" shall be substituted respectively.

(k) In sub regulation (11)(b) to (f) for the figure "5,000" the figure 15,000/- shall be substituted.

4. Amendment of regulation 9.—In regulation 9 of the said regulations, for sub regulations (1) & (2) the following may be substituted, namely:—

5. Amendment of regulation 10.—In regulation 10 of the said regulation, for regulations (1) & (2) the following may be substituted ,namely:—

(1) Not due to theft, fraud or neglect but stores rendered absolute, un- serviceable or surplus which are declared as such by a Committee constituted by the Board.

(2) Due to theft, fraud or neglect provided the case has been properly investigated and the responsibility fixed.

6. Amendment of regulation 14.—In regulation 14 of the said regulation, for the figure "2000" the figure "10,000" shall be substituted.

उपरोक्त विषय में श्री महन्थ विश्वकर्मा पुत्र श्री जै राम विश्वकर्मा, वासी ऊना, वार्ड नम्बर 4, विकासनगर, तहसील व जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसके पुत्र सोनू का जन्म 12-4-1999 को ऊना में हुआ परन्तु इस जन्म का पंजीकरण हम अज्ञानतावश एम0 सी0 ऊना में नहीं करवा सके। अब पंजीकरण करने के आदेश दिये जाये।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को इस जन्म का पंजीकरण एम0 सी0 ऊना के रिकॉर्ड में होने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 29-9-2014 तक अपने एतराज अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। बाद में कोई एतराज मान्य न होगा। आज दिनांक 1-9-2014 को हस्ताक्षर मेरे व मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी हुआ।

उपरोक्त विषय में श्रीमती जीत कौर पत्नी श्री सोहन सिंह, वासी वार्ड नम्बर 7, ऊना, तहसील व जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसके पति सोहन ंिसह पुत्र राम दित्ता की मृत्यु दिनांक 15-7-2010 को हो चुकी है परन्तु अज्ञानतावश इस मुत्यु का पंजीकरण एम0 सी0 ऊना के रिकॉर्ड में नहीं करवाया जा सका। अब पंजीकरण करवाने का आदेश दिया जाये।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को इस मृत्यु तिथि 15-7-2010 एम0 सी0 ऊना के रिकॉर्ड में पंजीकरण होने बारे कोई आपत्ति/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 29-9-2014 तक एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। बाद में कोई एतराज मान्य न होगा।

उपरोक्त विषय में श्रीमती केसरी देवी पत्नी श्री मंगत राम, गांव कुरियाला, तहसील व जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया कि उसके पति मंगत राम की मृत्यु दिनांक 6-12-2012 को हो गई थी। परन्तु अज्ञानतावश इस मुत्यु का पंजीकरण पंचायत रिकॉर्ड कुरियाला में नहीं करवाया जा सका। अब पंजीकरण करवाने का आदेश दिया जाये।
