Principal has engaged any incumbent on PTA/Stop gap/period basis or any other

nomenclature the salary of the said incumbent will be paid from the salary of said

Principal.

No. EDN-A-Kha(1)-2/2013.—In supersession of this department notification of even number dated 16th June, 2014, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order to modify the Para 8 of this department notification of even number dated 14th March, 2014 as under :—

(8) The existing provision of engagement on PTA / Stop gap / period basis in Old Colleges will continue against sanctioned posts and keeping in view the requirement for the academic session 2014-15. In the newly opened 14 Government Colleges, the Parents Teachers Association of the concerned College may engage the qualified teachers in History, English, Hindi, Sociology, Pol Science, Economics, Math and Commerce keeping in view the requirement of the institutions against sanctioned posts only. This engagement is completely a stop gap arrangement for a specific academic session or till the joining of government appointee, whichever is earlier. These instructions are also applicable for non- teaching arrangements against sanctioned posts keeping in view the requirement.

Note.—Qualified teacher's implies teacher's who fulfils the requirements of the existing notified Recruitment and Promotion Rules including qualifying NET/SET wherever necessary.

Shimla-02, the 8th September, 2014

No. EDN-A-Kha(1)-2/2013-Loose.—The Government has opened 14 Government Degree Colleges in the State which have been made functional w.e.f. June, 2014. In order to make these Colleges functional and to provide requisite teachers, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to extend the GIA to PTA Rules 2006 issued vide notification No EDN-A(Kha)7-3/2006 dated 29th June, 2006 to these newly opened 14 Government Degree Colleges. Principals of these Colleges shall thereby be able to hire Assistant Professor as per these Rules and subsequent notification / clarification issued in this respect. They shall be able to claim GIA in view of such hiring from the Government. This engagement is completely a stop gap arrangement for the current academic session or till the joining of Government appointee, whichever is earlier.

No. EDN-A-Kha(1)-2/2013-Loose The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order to add the following provision after Serial No. (iv) in Para 2.33.4 of Education Code notified vide notification No Shiksha-II-Chha(5)-16/96 dated 26th July, 2001 :—

"Provided that in absence of teachers in an educational institution the Superintendent/Senior Assistant from the institution may be taken as Secretary of the Executive Council of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA)."

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to order to add the following provision after Serial No. (viii) in Para 2.33.4 of Education Code notified vide notification No Shiksha-II- Chha(5)-16/96 dated 26th July, 2001 :—

"Provided that the condition of 3 teachers will not be applicable, if no teacher is available or the institution can take 1 or 2 teacher in place of three, keeping in view of the availability of teachers."

अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से श्री सदानन्द ब्रह्मचारी पुत्र सोभा पुत्र किरलू, निवासी स्थानीय गांव बस्तावर, तहसील बल्द्वाड़ा, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश जीवित है तो सर्वसाधारण एवं आम जनता व सगे सम्बन्धियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री सदानन्द ब्रह्मचारी उपरोक्त मकफूद उल खबरी की उपरोक्त वर्ण्ाित भूमि के मकफूद उल खबरी का इन्तकाल जो कि पटवार वृत खुडल्ला में ई0 नं0 337 के तहत दर्ज है को सरकार हिमाचल प्रदेश के नाम पर तस्दीक कर दिया जावेगा। अगर किसी भी व्यक्ति विशेष या आम जनता को उपरोक्त इन्तकाल सरकार हिमाचल प्रदेश के नाम तस्दीक/उजर/एतराज/आपाि हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन दिनांक 7-10-2104 से पूर्व इस अदालत को अवगत करवाएं अन्यथा एतराज प्रस्तुत न होने की सूरत में आम जनता के विरुद्ध एक तरफा कार्यवाही करके उपरोक्त इन्तकाल को सरकार हिमाचल प्रदेश के नाम पर तस्दीक कर दिया जावेगा।

Hence, this proclamation is issued to the general public if they have any objection/claim regarding entry of date of birth of above in the record of GP Dhamun, may file their claim/objections on or before one month of publication of this notice in Govt. Gazette in this court, failing which necessary orders will be passed.

Ordinance No. 4 of 2014), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint 10th day of September, 2014 as the date on which the provisions of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
