B(1)-1/2006.—On the recommendation of Screening Committee for regularization of contract employee and in continuation of Government letter of even number dated 23/8/2014, the services of the contract employee Shri Sandeep Kumar, S/o Shri Jagdish Chand, is hereby regularized as Assistant Professor (IT) at HP Institute of Public Administration, Fairlawns 123-राजपत्र/2014-15-9-2014 (3219)3220 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 सितम्बर, 2014/24 भाद्रपद, 1936 Shimla-12, in the pay scale/band of Rs. 15600-39100+5400 Grade Pay on the terms and conditions depicted below with immediate effect:—
1. Original certificates of academic/Technical qualifications, age, character etc. at the time of joining will be produced by the candidate.
2. The employee should be medically fit for the post against which he is being regularized.
3. Regularization shall be subject to verification of character and antecedents as prescribed in the H.P. Financial Rules.
4. For the determination of date of birth of the candidate concerned, the criteria as laid down in Rule 7.1 of the HP Financial Rules Vol-I Hand Book No. 2 shall be observed.
5. The official shall be appointed at the minimum of the time scale of the post.
6. If any declaration given or information furnished/supplied by the candidate proves to be false or he is found to have wilfully suppressed any material information he will be liable for removal from service and for such other action as the Government may think fit.
7. He shall be governed by the rules, regulations and orders in force from time to time as are applicable to other Government servants such as CCS(CCA) Rules, 1965 and CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964.
8. He shall remain on probation for a period of 2 years in the first instance from the date of his joining. The probation period can be extended by the competent authority for one year by assigning reasons in writing under the provision of the Rules.
9. The service rendered on contract basis shall not be counted towards qualifying service. He shall be entitled to regular scale of pay and seniority from the date of his regularization.
10. His pay on the post will be fixed as per Rules.
11. He will have to join the assignment, if accepted within 10 days from the issue of this Notification.

श्रीमती राज कुमारी पत्नी श्री जय देव तथा जय देव पुत्र श्री गुलाब सिंह, निवासी बरसील, डा0 पेखा, तहसील चडगांव, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने दरख्वास्त गुजारी है कि उनके पुत्र वेदान्त का जन्म ग्राम पंचायत पेखा के परिवार रजिस्टर में दर्ज न है। आवेदक/आवेदिका अपने पुत्र वेदान्त की जन्म तिथि दिनांक 10-9-2012 ग्राम पंचायत पेखा में दर्ज करवाना चाहते हैं।
अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि इस बारे यदि किसी व्यक्ति/रिश्तेदार को कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो वह अपना एतराज दिनांक 30-9-2014 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे इस अदालत में हाजिर आकर पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर उपरोक्त नाम का इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत पेखा के परिवार रजिस्टर में दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।
