No. EDN-A-Ka(9)-2/81-V-Loose.—In continuation of this department's notification No. EDN-A-Kha(13)1/2000, dated 13th February, 2014, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the posts of Principals (College Cadre)/Pracharya (Sanskrit Colleges) in the Higher Education Department which will fall vacant under promotional quota upto 31-12-2014, the 131-राजपत्र/2014-24-9-2014 (3489)3490 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 24 सितम्बर, 2014/2 आश्विन, 1936 promotion against that posts shall be governed by the provisions of existing Recruitment and Promotion Rules for the post of Principals(College Cadre)/Pracharyas(Sanskrit Colleges Cadre) notified by this department vide notification No. EDN-A-Kha(3)5/99 dated 18-03-2004 and further amended from time to time, and any post of the Principal (College Cadre)/Prachayas (Sanskrit College Cadre) that will fall vacant under promotional quota after 31-12-2014, the promotion against that post(s) of such a candidates shall be governed by the provisions of the H.P. Higher Education Regulations 2012 notified on 17th March, 2012.

No. HHC(R&P/Rules/HPAT-2010.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers conferred under Article 229 of the Constitution of India and all other enabling powers in this behalf is pleased to make the following amendments in "The High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Absorption and Conditions of Service etc. of Officers and Empoyees of the erstwhile Himachal Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal (since abolished), Rules, 2010 ."
1. Short title.—These Rules shall be called "The High Court of Himachal Pradesh
(Absorption and Conditions of Service etc. of Officers and Employees of the erstwhile
Himachal Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal (since abolished) (2nd Amendment), Rules,
2011 ."
2. Commencement.—They shall come into force with immediate effect.
3. Amendment.—Item No. 3 of Second Schedule annexed to the High Court of
Himachal Pradesh (Absorption and Conditions of Service etc. of Officers and Employees of
the erstwhile Himachal Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal (since abolished), Rules, 2010,
shall be substituted as under:—

इस अदालत द्वारा दिनांक 24-4-2014 को एक इश्तहार वगर्ज तस्दीक इन्तकाल मकफूद-उल-खबरी श्री हीरा लाल उपरोक्त के लापता होने के कारण जारी किया गया था। जिसका प्रकाशन अखबार व राजपत्र में किया गया। इस प्रकाशन के बाद श्री हीरा लाल ने इस अदालत में इन्तकाल तस्दीक पर एतराज करते हुए उसके जीवित होने की पुष्टि करते हुए शिकायतकर्ता का एतराज इस अदालत में दिनांक 23-6-2014 को प्राप्त हुआ है तथा इन्तकाल तस्दीक की तारीख 30-6-2014 मुकरर्र की गई थी जो अभी तक उक्त एतराज के कारण तस्दीक नहीं हुआ है।
