11. Shri R.K. Chaudhary, Additional District and Sessions Judge (I), Una is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Hon'ble the Chief Justice for being posted in the Registry of the High Court.

12. Shri K.K. Sharma, Additional District and Sessions Judge (I), Kangra at Dharamshala is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the State Govt. for being posted as President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Mandi.

37. Ms. Geetika Kapila, Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-JMIC (III), Mandi is transferred and posted as such at Kandaghat, District Solan.

उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा में श्रीमती काजु देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री ईश्वर दास, निवासी गाहरू, डाकघर रोपडी, तहसील लड-भड़ोल, जिला मण्डी (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में आवेदन-पत्र गुजार रखा है कि प्रार्थिन का वास्तविक नाम काजु देवी तथा उसके पति का वास्तविक नाम इश्वर दास है जो कि प्रार्थिन के पति के सेवा अभिलेख में भी दर्ज है परन्तु ग्राम पंचायत अभिलेख रोपडी कलैहडू में चमारी देवी व मेरे पति का नाम गोजरा गलत दर्ज हो चुका है। प्रार्थिन अपना व अपने पति का नाम ग्राम पंचायत रोपड़ी कलैहडू के अभिलेख में चमारी देवी के स्थान पर काजु देवी व अपने पति का नाम गोजरा के स्थान पर ईश्वर दास दर्ज करवाना चाहती है, जिसे ग्राम पंचायत रोपड़ी कलैहडू के अभिलेख में दर्ज करने के आदेश दिए जायें।

अतः आम जनता को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को प्रार्थिन का नाम चमारी देवी के स्थान पर काजु देवी व पति का नाम गोजरा के स्थान पर ईश्वर दास ग्राम पंचायत रोपडी कलैहडू के अभिलेख में दर्ज करने बारे किसी प्रकार का उजर व एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन दिनांक 21-10-2014 को अपना उजर व एतराज न्यायालय में पेश कर सकते हैं। गैर हाजिरी की सूरत में एक तरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।

आज दिनांक 18-9-2014 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी किया गया।
