The above officer is directed to join the new assignment and submit the report of charge assumption to this department immediately.

No. HHC.1(5.Comp./HC/Digitization/2013-I.—It is to inform that the deadline for submission of bids/tenders is extended till 6th October, 2014 (4.45 P.M.) in place of 25th September, 2014 upto 4.45 P.M. to enable the prospective bidders/Tenderers to respond to the subsequent modification made in the Tender Notice No.:HHC.1/5-Com./H.C./Digitisation/2013-1- for Digitization of Court Record vide Corrigendum dated 15.09.2014. In nutshell, all prospective bidders/Tenderers can now submit the bids/tenders for Digitization of Court Record upto 06th October, 2014 (4.45 P.M.) notwithstanding the fact that the High Court shall remain closed for Dussehra Holidays w.e.f. 29.9.2014 to 05.10.2014 but the office of the Registrar General shall remain open to receive the urgent dak.
This is also to inform that all others terms and conditions, as defined in the RFP for inviting Tender, shall remain unaltered.
