No. TPT-C(9)-11/2013.—The Governor of Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers vested under Section -14(3) of the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1972(Act No:4 of 1973) and all other powers enabling her in this behalf, is pleased to exempt the Bus Bearing No.HP-19-8670 owned by Sh. Dev Raj S/o Sh. Kishan Dass, VPO Bathra Tehsil Jaswan Distt. Kangra HP from the payment of Special Road Tax amounting Rs. 2, 97,927/- Two Lakh Ninety 136-राजपत्र/2014-30-9-2014 (3549)3550 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 30 सितम्बर, 2014/8 आश्विन, 1936 Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Seven) leviable Under Section -3 and 3-A of the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1972 with effect from 14-07-2007 to 16-06-2009, with immediate effect as the vehicle did not ply on designated route due to the reason that vehicle was seized by Finance Company.

सं0 पी0बी0डव्ल्यू0(बी0)एफ-(5) 37/2012.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु गांव मनसार, तहसील व जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश मेेंं सलोगडा-अश्वनी खडड वाया गण सेर सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद् द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि निम्नलिखित विवरणी में वर्णित भूमि उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है।
2. यह घोषणा, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा-6 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों को सूचना हेतु की जाती है तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-7 के अधीन भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला को उक्त भूमि के अर्जन करने के आदेश लेने का एतद् द्वारा निदेश दिया जाता है।
3. भूमि रेखांक का निरीक्षण भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

No. EDN-A-Ka(9)-2/81-V-Loose.—On the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the promotion of following Acharyas (Sanskrit College Cadre) to the post of Pracharya (Sanskrit College Cadre) in the pay scale of `3,700-5,700/- per month (pre-revised) on regular basis, with immediate effect:—

1. All the above promoted Pracharyas will be on probation for a period of two years or till retirement, which ever is earlier.
2. The above promoted Pracharyas will be eligible to exercise their option(s) for fixation of pay under the provisions of FR-22(a)(1) within one month.
3. All the above newly promoted Pracharyas are directed to report for duty at the place of postings within 15 days and send their joining reports to this department through proper channel.
4. No extension in the joining period will be allowed in any case.
