एफ एफ ई-बी-ए (3)-4/99-।.--हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-परिरक्षण अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 28) की धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग के आदेश संख्या- एफ एफ ई-बी-ए (3)-4/99 तारीख 10.9.2002 का और संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

148-राजपत्र/2014-25-10-2014 (3783) 3784 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 25 अक्तूबर, 2014/3 कार्तिक, 1936 उक्त आदेश के पैरा 1 में, प्रथम परन्तुक के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित नया परन्तुक अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा;-

"परन्तु यह और कि पेपर मलबरि (ब्राउजाउनेतिया पेपिरिफेरे, फेमिली मोरासेई) जो सामान्यतः जापानी शहतूत के नाम से ज्ञात है, के स्वामियों द्वारा वास्तविक घरेलू प्रयोजनों या उनके अपने कुटीर उद्योगों के लिए प्राइवेट भूमि से काटे (गिराए) जाने वाले वृक्षों कि संख्या पर कोई प्रतिबन्ध नहीं होगा"

Shimla-2, the 16th October, 2014

No. FFE-B-A(3)4/1999-I.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 read with Section 7 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Preservation Act, 1978 (Act No. 28 of 1978), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to further amend this Department Order No. FFE-B- A(3)4/99, dated 10-9-2002 namely;

In Para 1 of the said Order, after the first proviso, the following new proviso shall be inserted;-

"Provided further that for Paper Mulberry (Broussounetia papyrifere, family Moraceae) commonly known as Japanese Shahtoot, there shall be no restriction in number of trees to be felled by the owners from private land for bonafide domestic purposes or for use in their own Cottage Industries:"

Offices/Boards/Corporations and Educational Institutions in Shimla (Within municipal limits only).

राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 25 अक्तूबर, 2014/3 कार्तिक, 1936 The above holiday will not be applicable to the daily wage employees and also not be the holiday within the meaning of Section -25 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

No. Shram (B)1-1/2011 (Estt.).—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee is pleased to order the promotion of Sh. Hari Ram, Superintendent Gr-II, (Class-II, Non-Gazetted) to the post of District Employment Officer, (Class-I, Gazetted ) in the Pay band of `10300-34800 + ` 5400 G.P. on regular basis, with immediate effect.

2. The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to post him as District Employment Officer at Kullu against vacancy.

3. Sh. Hari Ram, on his promotion, shall remain on probation for a period of two years in the first instance. He shall be entitled to exercise for fixation of pay under the provisions of F.R.22(1)(a)(i) within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

4. Sh. Hari Ram is directed to report for duty at his new place of posting within a fortnight positively. The promotion shall take place on joining at new place of posting. No extension in joining period will be allowed in any case.
