अतः उपरोक्त प्रतिवादीगण को इस इश्तहार राजपत्र के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि वे दिनांक 29-11-2014 को प्रातः 10 बजे असालतन व वकालतन इस अदालत में हाजिर आकर मुकद्दमें की पैरवी करें अन्यथा गैर-हाजिरी की सूरत में यह समझा जाएगा कि उक्त प्रतिवादीगण को इस तकसीम में कोई उजर व एतराज नहीं है तथा कार्यवाही एक तरफा अमल में लाई जाकर प्रार्थना-पत्र का नियमानुसार निपटारा किया जायेगा।
