No.7-362/2009-EXN- 32717-38.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16 and 81 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011 (Act No. 29 of 2011) & Section 21 and 59 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Act No.1 of 1914) read with Section 82 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise 181-राजपत्र/2014-6-12-2014 (4833) 4834 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 6 दिसम्बर, 2014/15 अग्रहायण, 1936 Act, 2011, as applicable in the areas comprised in Himachal Pradesh immediately before 1st November, 1966 and by virtue of the powers of the Financial Commissioner (Excise), conferred on me under Section 9 of the said Act, read with the Himachal Pradesh (Excise Powers and Appeal) Order, 1965, I, J.C Chauhan, Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh and in compliance to the Principal Secretary (E&T) office order No. EXN-F-(1)-2/2012-1 dated 22.07.2014 and in supersession of the previous notification issued, hereby prescribe the Form M- 45A under head 0039-State Excise as given below in four parts i.e."A,B,C,D" in the interest of Government revenue with immediate effect :--

प्रार्थी श्री जगदीश सिंह पुत्र श्री बलदेव सिंह, निवासी गांव देहरू, मौजा खरयाना, तहसील खुण्डियां, जिला कांगड़ा (हि0 प्र0) ने स्वयं उपस्थित होकर प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि मेरा नाम महाल देहरु, मौजा खरयाना, तहसील खुण्डियां, जिला कांगड़ा (हि0 प्र0) के राजस्व अभिलेख में जगदीश चन्द पुत्र बरडू दर्ज है जबकि स्कूल प्रमाण-पत्र व ग्राम पंचायत डोला खरयाना के अभिलेख में व आर्मी रिकॉर्ड में मेरा नाम जगदीश सिंह पुत्र बलदेव सिंह दर्ज है। अतः राजस्व अभिलेख देहरु में मेरा नाम जगदीश चन्द उपनाम जगदीश सिंह पुत्र बरडू उपनाम बलदेव सिंह दर्ज किया जाये। वास्तव में भिन्न-भिन्न दो नामों का मैं एक ही व्यक्ति हूं। अतः सर्वसाधारण को सुनवाई हेतु बजरिये इश्तहार राजपत्र द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि इस सम्बन्ध में किसी प्रकार का उजर एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 28-12-2014 को असालतन व वकालतन पेश होकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। उसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर एतराज जेर समायत न होगा तथा श्री जगदीश सिंह पुत्र श्री बलदेव सिंह, निवासी गांव देहरू, मौजा खरयाना, तहसील खुण्डियां, जिला कांगड़ा (हि0 प्र0) का नाम राजस्व अभिलेख महाल देहरु में जगदीश चन्द पुत्र श्री बरडू, के बजाये जगदीश चन्द उपनाम जगदीश सिंह पुत्र बरडू उपनाम बलदेव सिंह दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे। आज दिनांक 29-11-2014 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी हुआ।

Shri Vinod Katoch and Smt. Satya Katoch have filed an application alongwith affidavits in the court of undersigned under section 15 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they have solemnized their marriage on 21-6-1986 according to Hindu rites and customs at their respective houses and they are living together as husband and wife since then. Hence their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 24-12-2014 after that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be registered.

श्रीमती पालू देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री बल बहादुर, निवासी गांव रंगोरी, डा0 शाहधार, रामपुर बुशैहर, तहसील रामपुर बुशैहर, जिला शिमला (हि0 प्र0) ने इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजारा है कि आवेदिका श्री बल बहादुर सिंह पुत्र केहर सिंह, निवासी गांव रंगोरी, तहसील रामपुर बुशैहर, जिला शिमला (हि0 प्र0) की जायज विवाहिता पत्नी है। दिनांक 10-6-2009 को आवेदिका का पति कहीं लापता हो गया तथा दिनांक 12-6-2009 को आवेदिका ने अपने पति के लापता होने की पुलिस चौकी सराहन में प्राथमिक रिपोर्ट बजरिया रपट नं0 4 दर्ज करवाई परन्तु आज तक आवेदिका के पति का कोई सुराग नहीं लगा। अतः आवेदिका पंचायत अभिलेख परिवार रजिस्टर में अपने पति की मृत्यु का पंजीकरण करवाना चाहती है।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त प्रार्थिया के पति की मृत्यु का पंजीकरण स्थानीय पंचायत अभिलेख में दर्ज करने बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 29-12-2014 को या इससे पूर्व प्रातः 10.00 बजे हाजिर अदालत आकर अपनी आपाि दर्ज करवा सकता है। बाद गुजरने मियाद कोई भी उजर/एतराज काबिले समायत न होगा तथा नियमानुसार स्थानीय पंचायत में आवेदिका के पति की मृत्यु का पंजीकरण करने के आदेश पारित किए जाएंगे। आज दिनांक 24-11-2014 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी किया गया।
