संख्याःएफ0डी0एस0-ए(3)-3/90-III.—हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, भारत सरकार, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण, उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी, और भारत सरकार का राजपत्र (असाधारण) तारीख 30.09.2014 में प्रकाशित एस0ओ0 2559(ई) तारीख 30.09.2014 के साथ पठित, हिमाचल प्रदेश ट्रेड आर्टिकल्ज (लाइसेंसिंग एण्ड कन्ट्रोल) आर्डर, 1981 के खण्ड 18 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का 193-राजपत्र/2014-22-12-2014 (5211) 5212 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 22 दिसम्बर, 2014/1 पौष, 1936 प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त आर्डर से संलग्न शडयूल-1 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश बनाती हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.-(1) इस आर्डर का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश टे्रड आर्टिकल्ज (लाईसेंसिंग एण्ड कन्ट्रोल) अमेंडमेंट, आर्डर, 2014 है ।

(2) यह राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में इसके प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवत होगा और 30 सितम्बर, 2015 तक प्रवृत रहेगा ।

2. शडयूल-1 का संशोधन.-हिमाचल प्रदेश टे्रड आर्टिकल्ज (लाइसेंसिंग एण्ड कन्ट्रोल), आर्डर, 1981 से संलग्न शडयूल-1 मेंः ,

(क) भाग "बी" ( दालें ) (पल्सेज)" के अधीन निम्नलिखित मद जोड़ी जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

"( दालें ) (पल्सेज) ( साबुत या दलीं )"

(ख) भाग "सी" तेलहन (आयल सीडज)" के अधीन निम्नलिखित मद जोड़ी जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ः- " (खाद्य तेलहन) (एडिबल आयल सीडज)" और

(ग) भाग "डी" खाद्य तेल (एडिबल आयल्ज)" के अधीन निम्नलिखित मद जोड़ी जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ः- "खाद्य तेल (एडिबल आयल)"

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-171002, the 16th December, 2014

No. FDS-A(3)-3/90-III.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 18 of the Himachal Pradesh Trade Articles(Licensing and Control) Order,1981,read with S.O.2559(E),dated 30.09.2014 issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs),Government of India and published in the Extra-ordinary Gazette of India, dated 30.09.2014,the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following order further to amend the Schedule-1 appended to the said order, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1)This Order may be called the Himachal Pradesh Trade Articles (Licensing and Control)Amendment Order, 2014.

(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh, and shall remain in force till 30.09.2015.

2. Amendment of Schedule-1.—In Schedule-1 appended to the Himachal Pradesh Trade Articles (Licensing Control) Order, 1981,

(a) under part "B" (Pulses), the following items shall be added, namely:-

"Pulses (whole or split)";

(b) under part "C" (Oilseeds), the following items shall be added, namely:-

"Edible Oil Seeds", and

(c) under part "D" (Edible Oils), the following items shall be added, namely:-

"Edible Oil".
