No. Ind-II (F) 6-20/2014.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to constitute the State Mineral Advisory Committee in order to ensure effective implementation of various provisions of Act/rules and regulation of minerals and to ensure the systematic and scientific mining 195-राजपत्र/2014-24-12-2014 (5221) 5222 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 24 दिसम्बर, 2014/3 पौष, 1936 taking into consideration the ecology and environmental aspects of the State. The constitution of the State Mineral Advisory Committee is as follows:—

The objective of the Committee is to advise the State Government on how:-
1. To increase the employment opportunities in mining sector particularly in the interior/ remote areas of the State.
2. To exploit mineral deposit by promoting scientific mining with due regard to the conseraation of mineral, mine safety and ecological & environmental aspects.
3. To adhere to the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forest.
4. To explore mineral wealth of the State by adopting modern exploration techniques.
5. To promote processing units and mineral based Industries in the State.
6. To suggest effective measures for prevention of illegal mining and leakage of revenue.
7. To suggest the measures to enhance the revenue generated in Mining Sector.
The aforesaid Committee shall hold a meeting from time to time and make recommendations to the State Government.

No. HHC/Admn. 6 (23)/74-XV.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of the powers vested in him under Rule 2(32) of Chapter 1 of H.P. Financial Rules, 2009 has been pleased to declare Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-JMIC-II, Paonta Sahib as Drawing and Disbursing Officer in respect of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-ACJM-I, Paonta Sahib and also the Controlling Officer in respect of establishment attached in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-ACJM-1, Paonta Sahib for the purpose of TA etc. under head "2014 Administration of Justice" during the earned leave period of Dr. Parvinder Singh Arora, Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-ACJM-I, Paonta Sahib w.e.f. 21.12.2014 to 3.1.2015 with permission to affix Sundays falling on 21.12.2014 & 4.1.2015 or until he returns from leave.

Financial Rules, 2009 has been pleased to declare Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-JMIC (IV), Una, H.P. as Drawing and Disbursing Officer in respect of the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-JMIC (I), Una and Civil Judge (Junior Division)- cum-JMIC(II), Una and also the Controlling Officer for the purpose of salary, T.A. etc. in respect of establishments attached to the aforesaid Courts under Major Head "2014-Administration of Justice" during the leave period of Shri Dhiru Thakur, Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JMIC(1), Una, or till he returns from leave.
