संख्या : विद्युत-छः (5)-15/2013.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि कि हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत परिषद् लिमिटेड, जो कि भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 1894 (1894 का पहला अधिनियम) की धारा 3 के (सी.सी.) के अन्तर्गत सरकार के स्वामित्व और नियन्त्रण के अधीन एक निगम है के द्वारा अपने व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः मुहाल क्यारी, तहसील अर्की, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश में 220 के0 बी0 लाईन कुनिहार से रोड़ी (दाड़लाघाट) के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है अतएव एतद्द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।
205-राजपत्र/2015-08-01-2015 (5451) 5452 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 8 जनवरी, 2015/18 पौष, 1936 2. भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 की धारा 6 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों की सूचना हेतू घोषणा की जाती है और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के उपबन्धों के अधीन भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, हिमाचल प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन लि0/हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विधुत परिषद्, उत्तम भवन, शिमला-171004 को उक्त भूमि के अर्जन के लिए आदेश देने का एतदद्वारा निर्देश दिया जाता है ।
3. भूमि के रेखांक का निरीक्षण कार्यालय भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, हिमाचल प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन लि0/हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विधुत परिषद्, उत्तम भवन, शिमला-171004 हिमाचल प्रदेश में किया जा सकता है।

No. Home (A)B(1)14/2014.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Rule 1.10 of Punjab Police Rules, 1934 as applicable in the State of Himachal Pradesh, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to transfer the villages as enumerated in column No. (3) from the local area of the Police Station mentioned in column (4) to the local area of the Police Station mentioned in column (5) of the Schedule given below thereof, with effect from date of the issue of this Notification, namely:—

संख्याः यु0 डी0-ए (3)-7/2013.--इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्याः यु0 डी0-ए (3)-7/2013, तारीख 4.6.2014 द्वारा अधिसूचित के नगर पंचायत नेरचौक, जिला मण्डी की घोषणा के लिए प्रस्ताव को तारीख 7-6-2014 के राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में, इससे संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले व्यक्तियों से उपायुक्त 5460 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 8 जनवरी, 2015/18 पौष, 1936 मण्डी के माध्यम से छह सप्ताह के भीतर आक्षेपों/सुझावों को आमन्त्रित करने के लिए प्रकाशित किया गया थाय ग्राम पंचायत, नेरचौक, जिला मंडी के निवासियों से विहित समय सीमा के भीतर प्राप्त सुझावों/आक्षेपों पर सरकार द्वारा विचार किया गया और उनका विनिश्चय किया गया;
अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 13) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए संलग्न अनुसूची में विर्निदिष्ट नेरचौक के क्षेत्रों को नगर पंचायत नेरचौक, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश के रूप मे घोषित करती हैं।

Shimla-2, the 7 January, 2015
No. UD-A(3)-7/2013.—Whereas a proposal for declaration of Nagar Panchayat at Nerchowk, District Mandi notified vide this Department's Notification No. UD-A(3)-7/2013, dated 4.6.2014 was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 7.6.2014 for inviting objections/suggestions from the affected persons through the Deputy Commissioner, Mandi, within six weeks ;
And whereas the objections/suggestions received from the inhabitants of Gram Panchayats Nerchowk, District Mandi within the prescribed time limit were considered and decided by the Government ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare the areas of Nerchowk, specified in the schedule enclosed, as Nagar Panchayat, Nerchowk, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
