NO: TPT-F(1)-4/1996-V-loose.—In continuation of this department notifications NO: TPT-F(1)-4/1996-V-loose dated 5.3.2014, 2.8.2014 and 30.12.2014, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in pursuance of the powers conferred under clause (iii) of proviso to sub rule (1) of rule 108 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, is pleased to allow/specify "Blue Light without flasher" to the Chief Judicial Magistrates, 250-राजपत्र/2015-09-03-2015 (6747) 6748 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 9 मार्च, 2015/18 फाल्गुन, 1936 Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates and Sub Judges in Himachal Pradesh to the front top of their official vehicles within their respective jurisdiction. This notification will be effective from the date of publication in H.P. Rajpatra (Extra-ordinary).
