Subject.—Proclamation for the registration of marriage under Section 16 of Special Marriage Act, 1954.
Kuldeep Kumar and Suman Kumari have filed an application alongwith affidavits in the court of undersigned under Section 16 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they have solemnized their marriage on 15-1-2015 at Shiv Parwati temple at Anu, District Hamirpur (HP) and they are living as husband and wife since then, hence their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.
Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 30-3-2015. The objection received after 30-3-2015 will not be entertained and marriage will be registered accordingly.
