No. Per(Trg.)-B(12)-1/2014.—In partial modification of this Department's Notification of even number dated 19-08-2002 the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to notify the following amendment in the training schedule :
(1) Direct Recruits to Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services.
Sr. No. 3 Revenue and Settlement Training 7 weeks 24-राजपत्र/2015-06-05-2015 (673) 674 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 06 मई, 2015/16 वैशाख, 1937 During the professional/settlement training the syllabus may be prepared as per requirement of the present senario and faculty for this purpose may be selected from the officers who belongs to specially revenue background/field and who have sufficient knowledge in revenue matters. Besides, the concerned institute where the HPAS officers are deployed for settlement training may be given instructions that HPAS officers may be made aware about the settlement training process as per field requirement also.
This notification will come into force with immediate effect.

Whereas the above named applicants have made an application under section 8(4) of the H. P. Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith an affidavit stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on 2-6-2013 at Dhagwar but has not been found entered in the records of the Registrar of Marriages i.e. Secretary G.P. Dhagwar.
And whereas, they have also state that they were not aware of the laws of the registration of marriages with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore necessary orders for the registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriages is registered by the concerned authority.
Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any objection regarding the registration of the marriage of the above named applicants, then they should appear before the court of undersigned on 23-5-2015 at Tehsil office Dharamshala at 10.00 A.M. either personally or through their authorized agent.
In the event of their failure to do so orders shall be passed ex parte against the respondents for the registration of marriage without affording any further opportunity of being heard.
