Shimla-2, the 13rd May, 2015

No. Tsm-A(4)-3/2014.—In exercise of the powers vested in him under section 5(3) of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2002, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to accept the resignation tendered by Shri Vikramaditya Katoch, Taragarh Resorts, District Kangra as a Non Official Member from Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Board with immediate effect. 29-राजपत्र/2015-13-05-2015 (743) 744 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 मई, 2015/23 वैशाख, 1937 In partial modification of this Department's Notification No. Tsm-A(3)-1/2002-II dated 14th October, 2013, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to nominate Sh. Raja Bhasin, 4 Ensham Estate (Catholic Club), Shimla as a non-official member of Tourism Development Board instead of "Special Invitee" with immediate effect.
