The Member Secretary of the Committee shall ensure that meetings of the Committee be held regularly and quarterly report be sent to the Nodel Agency i.e. REC & PFC as the case may be.
The minutes of the meetings will be issued by the Convenor.
The Committee shall be consulted in the preparation of DPRs under DDUGJY and IPDS and would monitor the implementation of these schemes in their respective jurisdiction. The Committee would also review the quality of power supply and consumer satisfaction and would promote energy efficiency and energy conservation. The Committee will also review and monitor the implementation of all Central Schemes in Power sector in their respective jurisdiction.
The above District Electricity Committees Shall meet at least once in three months at the District headquarter.

श्री सलीम खां पुत्र निक्का दीन जात मुसलमान गांव धादीरी तहसील बडसर जिला हमीरपुर हि0 प्र0 ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसके मामा फजलदीन पुत्र रहीमवक्श की मृत्यु दिनांक 1-6-1983 को गांव चताडा तहसील व जिला ऊना में हुई है। परन्तु इस मृत्यु का पंजीकरण पंचायत रिकार्ड चताडा में नहीं करवाया जा सका। जो कि अब पंजीकरण करने के आदेश दिये जाये।
अतः इस नोटिस के माध्यम से सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त मृत्यु के पंजीकरण पंचायत रिकार्ड चताडा में होने बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 24-6-2015 को सुबह दस बजे अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष असालतन/वकालतन हाजिर आकर पेश कर सकता है। अन्यथा उपरोक्त मृत्यु का पंजीकरण करने के आदेश दे दिये जायेंगे।
आज दिनांक 22/5/2015 को हस्ताक्षर मेरे व मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी हुआ।
