No. HHC/E.5-10/73-VII.— In exercise of the powers vested in it under Section 18 of the H.P. Courts Act, 1976 read with Rule 3 of the Appointment and Control Rules of Superintendents to the District and Sessions Judges in Himachal Pradesh, theHon'ble High Court has been pleased to promote and appoint Sh. Amarjeet Singh, Superintendent Grade-II, Office of Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum- JMIC, Court No.VI, Shimla and Shri Joginder Paul, Superintendent Grade-II, Office of Civil Judge(Jr. Division)-cum-JMIC, Bilaspur, H.P. as Superintendent Grade-I to the District and Sessions Judges in the Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade-Pay of Rs. 5400/-, and order the following transfers and postings of the Superintendents Grade-I to the District and Sessions Judges, with immediate effect:
46-राजपत्र/2015-05-06-2015 (1137) 1138 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 5 जून, 2015/15 ज्येष्ठ, 1937 1. Sh. Sukh Ram Sharma, Superintendent Grade-I to the District and Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushehar is transferred and posted as such in the office of District and Sessions Judge, Una against a vacant post.
2. Sh. Amarjeet Singh, newly promoted Superintendent Grade-I is posted as such in the office of District and Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushehar, vice Sr. No. 1 above.
3. Sh. Joginder Paul, newly promoted Superintendent Grade-I is posted as such in the office of District and Sessions Judge, Kullu, H.P. against a vacant post.
The newly appointed Superintendents Grade-I shall remain on probation for a period of two years.

उपरोक्त प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रार्थना पत्र मय ब्यान हल्फी इस आशय से गुजारा है कि उसका नाम राजस्व विभाग के महाल थखिडका में वीरवल दर्ज है। जबकि अन्य दस्तावेजों में उसका नाम वीर सिंह पुत्र श्री रसीलू दर्ज चला आ रहा है। उसने अनुरोध किया है कि उसका नाम राजस्व रिकार्ड में वीरवल के वजाए वीरवल उर्फ वीर सिंह पुत्र श्री रसीलू दर्ज किया जाए।
अतः इस सम्बन्ध में सर्वसाधारण को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थी के नाम की दरुस्ती बारे यदि किसी को कोई आपति हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन अदालत अधोहस्ताक्षरी दिनांक 23-6-2015 को आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एक तरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जा करके नियमानुसार नाम दरुस्ती के आदेश पारित कर दिए जायेंगे।

ब अदालत श्री हरी चन्द, सहायक समाहर्ता द्वितीय वर्ग एवं तहसीलदार/नायब तहसीलदार, तहसील बंगाणा, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0)
करतार चन्द बनाम आम जनता प्रार्थना पत्र इन्द्राज कब्जा।
उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा में श्री करतार चन्द पुत्र श्री धनी राम, वासी गांव थाना झिकला, तहसील बंगाणा, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसका दरुस्त नाम करतार चन्द है। परन्तु कागजात माल में उसका नाम करतार सिंह गलत दर्ज हुआ है, जिसकी दरुस्ती कागजात माल में करने बारे आदेश पारित किये जायें।
अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को नाम दरुस्ती बारे कोई आपति हो तो वह अपनी आपति/ऐतराज दिनांक 12-6-2015 को इस न्यायालय में प्रातः 1140 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 5 जून, 2015/15 ज्येष्ठ, 1937 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। उजर प्राप्त न होने की स्थिति में नियमानुसार कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जायेगी।
